Not sure if there are new owners or a new donut maker, but the quality of Happy Donuts has significantly changed. Donuts are smaller, not shaped like they should… ie buttermilk old fashioned ones glazed, chocolate or maple look like lame small cake donuts. Sad that a once revered donut place is down grading.
O M G !!! I finally found a place that makes a donut that is fabulous enough to say "The hell with the diet. I'll start tomorrow!"
When you walk in the door, the smell makes you salivate, the sight of all the different donuts under the glass will astonish you, and the sound of the customers picking out their favorites makes you change your mind several times while you wait your turn. I didn't change my mind--I just ordered more!
