all 3 times I have been here they have treated me with great kindness and respect. twice of the three times they have given me a free drink because of a hardly noticeable wait, or a small mistake. they also put notes on the drinks and all of this always makes my visit extraordinary and always makes my day. truly one of the best Starbucks I have been to
