“We happened upon this little gem purely by accident because we needed to use the restroom on our way from Roy to Tacoma. I always feel bad asking to use the restroom at a business establishment without buying something, so I checked out the menu and, when I saw they had a sandwich called Ellie's Garden, I knew I had to order it in honor of my youngest granddaughter, Eleanore. The sandwich was phenomenal! I shared it with my daughter and we found ourselves wishing we each had a whole sandwich. We definitely will be returning to sample more of the goodies Blue Steele has to offer!“

The entire crew showed us the most sincere caring feelings after my husband's car accident, they were genuinely concerned about him and every one took the time to write him a personal get well message! It was truly touching. This stores crew is the best example of the finest customer service that all managers should strive for, as happy well treated employees will shine with pride in their work, and Christine should be proud of her crew and store. “Walking in I saw about 10 people waiting and the drive thru full to the max. So I was really happy when my order was done before I picked where to sit. Food was HOT and the work crew was super nice and caring . Shout out to the crew on Saturday 8:50 am . You guys rocked the rush and my food was so good!“

The vegan new mexico breakfast wrap was hot & exceptional and everything I needed before a trip to Mt Rainier. The shop is cute, filled with natural light, and the bathroom is super clean. The hours were also very accommodating to our schedule during the visit!“

The tea is great, he clearly knows what he is doing, and he is very generous with selection, pricing, and taking up his time.

“I hate to even have to take one star away because the staff is amazing every time I go there and their drinks are very consistent (except one time honestly). They have a lot of employees who work there so you’ll usually see several baristas that are there every time and then there we’ll be one or two people I’ve never seen before! But they still make the drinks all the same.

The ONLY complaint I have is how long it can take to get a drink. I’ve noticed they have a special and unique way of making some of their drinks but unfortunately it causes them to take much longer to make.

Specialty coffee = extra time usually

I tend to go there on my way to bring my son to school in the morning, but I can only stop if there’s no one in line or I leave early enough to house 15 minutes at most to spare just in case it’s busy. I’ve noticed the closer I go to 7 AM or earlier there’s not really anybody in line but around 7:30 there’s usually minimum of eight cars there.

Other than that, I cannot give any complaints about anything. Bonus: their cake pops are ginormous! And of course, delicious! ☕💕“
