Mad Hat Tea Company is an absolute gem in Tacoma. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and full of charm, with an incredible tea selection that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.

Mad Hat Tea Company offers a huge tea selection with exceptional shipping service that comes quickly and is very reliable. The shop provides a very relaxed environment with really good recommendations and service from all the workers. The owner is full of exciting stories and conversations, and the staff are well versed on their knowledge of tea. The owner took time talking about the different kinds of teas and how to brew. Customers love every tea they got, including the earl grey and red flower blend, and the hairy crab oolong. The new space on Broadway is large and full of tea needs, with street marking relatively easy to find except during the summer street market. This place has been called home for 10 years. Highly recommend!
