Hands down Manifesto has been the top coffee shop thus far in my life. Moved to hilltop in 2020 and it was right down the street and I went near daily M-F and Katie and the other baristas were always fantastic and made a top notch latte. This is a coffee shop for people who love coffee for what it is, and its inherent flavor. I was in town and this place popped up when I was searching for my early morning coffee. I arrived fairly early and there was just one more customer in the shop. They didn’t have a lot of food options though.What I ordered - Oat CappucinoWhat I’ll takeaway - The coffee was strong and crisp. I really enjoyed it.

Best espresso roasters so far in my life. I always visit and buy a bag of beans from the specialty roasters during my travel. Best of best, among those I found exceptional, Avole in Seattle WA, Dogwood in Minneapolis MN, Epoch in Austin TX, George Howell in Boston MA, Brash and East pole in Atlanta GA.
