Bought a bag of Morning Sun whole beans. Package says it's a darker roast. Darker than what? Water? We tried it three mornings in a row. With no other whole beans in the house, I had to switch to instant coffee. Morning Sun is NOT a dark roast. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.
Nice little outpost of the Olympia Coffee chain. It is real busy on a summer Saturday morning what with the Proctor Farmers' Market right there.
What an incredible spot for specialty coffee. Loved the location and everything about the inside of the shop. Baristas are super professional and knowledgeable and the pour over was really great too. Definitely should stop at this one
