The owner was so friendly, welcoming and incredibly informative. She educated us on products available and made us feel very welcome as first time customers. I tried the chunky monkey protein shake and my husband had the Samoa one. Both of us loved our shakes! We will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a delicious, healthy breakfast option, check them out! They are in same parking lot as Albertsons on 112th and Canyon but on the 112th side of the complex. “Kassie’s Korner is a drive-thru coffee spot with two locations; South Hill and Graham. The staff is always AMAZING and from my experience, if you go often, they’ll remember you and your usual drink.
There are a few food options available from other local shops which make a delicious addition to their drink options. And yes, they have A LOT of options. Whether coffee or something more fruity, the choices are many. I enjoy their coffee over most others I’ve tried in the Seattle area. Their staff recommendations and seasonal favorites always hit the spot too.

“I just have to share this... I have celiac disease (gluten free). I ordered on Door Dash a Acai Bowl and asked them to hold the granola out because I need GF prep. They sent me the Granola in a little separated Ziplock bag with a note on it saying the Granola is GF! Such a sweet little extra step that made me feel very appreciated :)“

The latte I had was more robust, like a dark roast. If you enjoy deep flavors and a more earthy coffee you will probably like this.

They also have house-made energy drinks. These are good, but after you account for the ice you get about 1/3 less drink than the cup's original volume.“

“I have always loved GC, the interstellar is 10/10. Today I went through the drive thru, I was crying due to having a rough morning. “Pulled into the coffee stand half-awake and fully committed to surviving on caffeine alone and somehow drove away with a latte and a whole new outlook on life. The barista (Riley I think?) was pure sunshine in human form. Kind, bubbly, and the kind of genuinely sweet that makes you forget how grumpy you were five minutes ago. She hyped me up, wished me the best day, and meant it. I don’t know what she put in that coffee, but it tasted like encouragement and good vibes.
