Only gave 4* on service and atmosphere due to it's a drive up coffee shop with no inside area and you can tell when people are in training/new and sometimes can get a little overwhelmed by the system or making the drinks. “The first time I came to this coffee stand, it was by accident. I don’t normally go to Coffee stands too often, but I was just looking for a decent sugar-free option. The girls hook me up with a great drink a few weeks later I decided to have another coffee, heading to an appointment in Bellevue figured I’d look for this place again. I was grateful to figure out where I had gone again. These girls did their job like professionals as if they all owned the joint it’s raining today. One girl saw the rain coming in all over the inside of my door, and offered paper towel towels without being asked these women are tentative, considerate, and kind. Very a few places have people like this anymore. I will go out of my way to get coffee here, hands down.“

I loved the mix of jellies, beans, fruit, coconut, and shaved ice — every sip tasted layered and fun. The ube ice cream on top was a standout and made the whole dessert feel extra indulgent.

Perfect spot if you’re craving something sweet, cold, and different from the usual boba run. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I wished the flavors were just a little richer overall, but I’d still come back again. Great treat to share with friends on a warm day.“

“I recommend you try it to get your own experience. For me the snacks are great. The drinks in my opinion need more natural fruits to get the natural flavor. I order a mangonada and it had a very strong citrus flavor. I was a bit disappointed as we are in mango season and was expecting a more natural mangonada. Overall they do have so many varieties of things. And the customer service is great. Still recommend you trying it“

“I used to not go to happy lemon because I wasn't fond of the drinks, I went to the location in Bellevue I believe. But when I moved to this area , I thought to try it out again, I got the regular milk tea with pudding and taro balls. Really Good! They also had a strawberry cheesecake drink (something along those lines), super good! The inside of this location is really cute too! “I recently visited Big Orange in Southcenter, excited to try one of their signature boba teas. I went with the piña colada flavor, and while it was good, it leaned heavily into a coconut profile. If you’re a coconut lover, you might really enjoy it, but it wasn’t quite what I expected.

The atmosphere was nice, and they have a big, eye-catching orange sign that makes them easy to spot. The staff were friendly and efficient, which was a plus.

One thing to note is that the price was about $11, which felt a bit steep for a single drink. Next time, I might try a different option from their menu before deciding!“

“I went by today (6/4) to get a new featured drink from the website for my friend.

The gentleman at the register didn't know the drink, and he had just been trained on all the new drinks.

He was so kind and so patient and we pulled up the ingredients and he whipped it right up, offering me a sample to make sure it was ok before I paid for the drink

I didnt know what I was expecting because it wasn't my drink but it tastes like something my friend likes so we went with it

When I delivered the drink (90 min later, because life happens) he said it was refreshing and delicious

My mom originally introduced me to this spot because they offer fantastic sugar-free mochas, which are getting harder to find elsewhere—a total game-changer for her as a diabetic. “The FW Commons location makes one of the best iced coffee drinks I've ever had. I order from this location frequently and always get a drink worth waiting for that starts my day right. PLEASE NOTE: I referenced this location, specifically, because location matters. There is a Tacoma location that delivers to my work that completely botched my last 3 orders. Not little issues like needing a tad more cream. One was missing all of the caramel flavoring which certainly sucks but would still be drinkable if it weren't missing the coffee too. I received a cup of iced milk. A mistake is understandable when dealing with fast paced volume so I did try again. Twice. Just avoid the Tacoma location.
