Gravity Coffee offers delicious coffee and friendly service, particularly from their helpful baristas. Drinks are usually always good, with popular choices like the GC energy drink. However, there may be long wait times during busy periods and the customer service can be terrible at times, with workers seeming rude or standoffish. The drink selection is good, but limited, and the service can be overwhelmed by the system or making drinks, especially with new staff in training. Despite this, baristas usually have a smile when handing over drinks.
