“I’ve enjoyed coming here with my family for years. Great spot after the gym. The smoothies are great and it’s super clean. My only complaint is that the workers seem to wear inappropriate clothes at times. One time the girl was wearing spandex booty shorts that honestly looked liked underwear. It made me uncomfortable to come in with my family.“
“This place is great!! It's very nice on the inside and the employees are fantastic. I love the food. My only thing is that it's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!Vegetarian options: You could build a tofu avocado bowl that would be fantastic! I've done it manytimes, and I love it.Parking: It can be hard to find parking in front of it, but you can just park behind the building and walk around. It's a nice area, so I don't mind doing this.“
“These ladies are busting drinks out!! I have never had that fast of service at any location, and they had 6 people ahead of me. I'm so impressed with their speed and hospitality at the same time. I wish I got their names but they definitely need a shoot out for their service. I will for sure be back!“

“Today we decided to go here for a little Pick me up as we did some errands in the morning. The parking here was easy for us, luckily. Upon walking in, there was music playing, it was clean, and the girl greeted us. I originally came here for a smoothie & to order some sea moss gel. I saw online at "da bomb sea moss" there was in every emerald smoothie store, but I guess they had no gel in this one, which is a bummer. We got three smoothies. We got the green machine, pb&j, and the tropical passion. The green machine and pb&j was a 10/10! I didn't like the tropical passion at all though because it didn't taste like it.... I'd go back here!“
“We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time to check out.“
“I've been a fan of Nektar since I frequent the one in Capitol Hill often. On opening day, this location is the perfect spot for something healthy and fresh in the area. I got the acai bowl with blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. Definitely recommend the crunchy granola and agave nectar on top. It came to around $15 after tip. It is a perfect pick-me-up when you are in the area, don't want to cook, and the customer service was very helpful and cheerful. Immaculately clean and organized interior set a great impression. I have high hopes for this location, and I look forward for what is to come!“
“I work all around the PNW and enjoy Emerald City Soothies. I visit this location the most and have had great customer service. Although each shop has a similar menu, each person makes it different. I like the Macha Green Tea a lot but wanted it sweeter. They recomended adding banana which worked perfect for me! Now, no matter what store I go into I now ask for banana with this particular drink. I noticed the reviews and just couldnt believe what I was reading on some of the one stars. I wanted to fix my Macha but know that this establishment is no charity. They helped me fix my issue when I came back to get another drink. They are much appreciated for their genuine effort to help. Great customer service!!!“
“This place is awesome, like the girls there are so nice and easy to deal with, and all the ingredients are all top notch!! All sorts of different proteins to choose from all the way down to a large assortment of real fruits!! This location is by far the cleanest location I've been too and that's what really matters in these times.“
“they have the most amazing Açaí bowls and Protein shakes , you can never go wrong with the classic açaí ! it's my personal favorite just without blueberries :) and the energizer berry blast is a must !! The employees always have amazing energy and greet well :)“
