“The staff is always very friendly. There’s never really a long line. I don’t think I’ve waited more than two or three minutes at this location sandwiches to try are the double smoked bacon Open face with a side of Sriracha or the bacon Gouda and now the New drink is that grande double berry matcha, so delicious. Considering the price of everything has gone up Starbucks, pricing has been pretty stable 5 to 7 dollars for a drink and the same for a sandwich. You have to try that Matcha drink literally so good.“
“Trinity with the cool purple hair and the supervisor were so kind to me and my girls. Really appreciated the experience this evening. I love the Starbucks blonde roast with a splash of heavy cream and the supervisor actually made me a pour over! every location tells me they don’t do it anymore and they use the machine but the pour over is just so clean and smooth. Thanks for making our night—it was perfect 👍🏽“
“Terrible first impression. It was my first day visiting this Starbucks, and the customer service was lacking. The employee who took my order never asked for my name. To make matters worse, they just left my drink sitting at the pickup station for a long time without calling it out. I was waiting around unnecessarily while my drink just sat there. Definitely need better staff training here.“
“This is our go-to Starbies location. The drive through at this location used to struggle. There was one time I spent over 20 minutes in the drive through line. But now it's super fast, and the staff is always so nice and engaging. And they put cute little notes on your cup--super sweet!“
“I consistently receive fast and friendly service from this location inside of the Langston Landing Safeway. Be mindful of your surroundings in the parking lot, as this area isn't the greatest. And there are usually a number of homeless people who like to hang out outside of the store on a daily basis.
Parking: Parking may be a bit of a challenge at times since there are a number of businesses that share the parking lot.

“I can’t say enough great things about the team at this Starbucks! I come here almost every day, and the staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They remember my order, greet me with a smile, and make every visit a great experience. My drink is always made perfectly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, and their kindness never goes unnoticed. Huge thanks to the incredible team for making my daily coffee run such a bright spot in my day!“
“I stop by here every so often if I have time before work or if I forget to bring a drink. I have always had a good experience here as the staff here are always friendly and the only Starbucks location in Washington that I've been to that goes out of their way to leave little notes on my plastic cups. This location also offers the opportunity to let you have your drink in a regular cup if you're staying inside to study or chat with friends/coworkers/family. Additionally, the first time I entered this Starbucks, there was very difficult customer and the staff members were not only cordially and professional with the situation but also took time to check in with their customers as that customer made a huge spectacle.
The store has plenty of seating and chairs. Everything is clean and well-maintained from it seems like it. The bathroom was clean too!
The drinks here have always been good for the most part. I know when my boyfriend bought me their new ube drink, I wasn't too impressed with it. However, I tried their new strawberry mango and mango dragonfruit lemonade refreshers were really delicious.“
“I love it here. The staff is very nice and they take their time on my order here and always make it extra special. This area has definitely a lot of people who are hard to deal with so I don’t blame the staff if their feeling frustrated especially as an ex barista it’s very hard to be dealing with customers who are always having an issue. All the barista’s flowed from one task to another, helping each other and welcoming customers with a cheerful attitude, even though they were swamped. My coffee drink was made with care, tasted excellent and I enjoyed hanging out to enjoy drinking it.“

“I got a drink for my Mom and I. The drinks were great and the barista was friendly. The line was long and it took a while to get our drinks today, but that isn't anyone's fault since they only had one barista working. I hope that barista has a nice day, that people tip her well, and that in the future isn't left under staffed.“
“Always a great Starbucks to go to. We were in yesterday 3/24 at 11am. The gentleman working the drive thru was the best Starbucks worker I have ever had and I could not catch his name. Please recognize him!! He was SO friendly with a positive attitude and helpful for my order.“
“Of all the Starbucks I frequent, this is the one I keep coming back to! It's definitely not the closest to where I live, but the kind workers makes the trip so worth it! Even though the job is very Physically and mentally draining, baristas like Izzy make the place so kind and friendly. I've been coming back here for a long time and just now realized I haven't left a review. But trust me, this place is the best!
Ever since they closed the one in the Parkway Supercenter, I've been itching for one close to home. The drive thru is always open and the workers are always so kind and friendly! The drive thru is super quick and my- admittedly basic- order is always made well :) Shoutout to these guys, seriously!! You can tell the baristas care about and take care of each other as well, which is very important in customer service. It always makes for a refreshing end to my day when I'm lucky enough to drive to this starbucks after work.
