“Trinity with the cool purple hair and the supervisor were so kind to me and my girls. Really appreciated the experience this evening. I love the Starbucks blonde roast with a splash of heavy cream and the supervisor actually made me a pour over! every location tells me they don’t do it anymore and they use the machine but the pour over is just so clean and smooth. Thanks for making our night—it was perfect 👍🏽“

“Terrible first impression. It was my first day visiting this Starbucks, and the customer service was lacking. The employee who took my order never asked for my name. To make matters worse, they just left my drink sitting at the pickup station for a long time without calling it out. I was waiting around unnecessarily while my drink just sat there. Definitely need better staff training here.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. I accidentally dropped my Frappuccino and was ready to pay for another one, but they kindly gave me a replacement for free. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made my day.

“I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Every single time the employees are always friendly, quick, and provide excellent service. Today I was having a really bad day, and I drove through to pick up a cake pop. Andy, one of the baristas, was SO KIND. Andy asked how I was doing, and he genuinely cared about my answer. He made my day much better just by being himself. I wish all Starbucks were as great as this one ☺“

“I love it here. The staff is very nice and they take their time on my order here and always make it extra special. This area has definitely a lot of people who are hard to deal with so I don’t blame the staff if their feeling frustrated especially as an ex barista it’s very hard to be dealing with customers who are always having an issue. “This is our go-to Starbies location. The drive through at this location used to struggle. There was one time I spent over 20 minutes in the drive through line. But now it's super fast, and the staff is always so nice and engaging. And they put cute little notes on your cup--super sweet!“

“I consistently receive fast and friendly service from this location inside of the Langston Landing Safeway. Be mindful of your surroundings in the parking lot, as this area isn't the greatest. And there are usually a number of homeless people who like to hang out outside of the store on a daily basis.

Parking: Parking may be a bit of a challenge at times since there are a number of businesses that share the parking lot.

“We had an amazing experience at this Starbucks when Rochelle helped us out. We had spilled our drink and Rochelle was completely understanding and took care of us. Their kindness made both of our days and we were so happy with their great service.“

“I like visiting places where they ask you how you are and what your plan is for the day. They all are genuine when asking, and I enjoy hearing about their plans. The barista offers up great ideas if I am struggling with my order and I have not been disappointed.“

“I got a drink for my Mom and I. The drinks were great and the barista was friendly. The line was long and it took a while to get our drinks today, but that isn't anyone's fault since they only had one barista working. I hope that barista has a nice day, that people tip her well, and that in the future isn't left under staffed.“

“I stop by here every so often if I have time before work or if I forget to bring a drink. I have always had a good experience here as the staff here are always friendly and the only Starbucks location in Washington that I've been to that goes out of their way to leave little notes on my plastic cups. This location also offers the opportunity to let you have your drink in a regular cup if you're staying inside to study or chat with friends/coworkers/family. Additionally, the first time I entered this Starbucks, there was very difficult customer and the staff members were not only cordially and professional with the situation but also took time to check in with their customers as that customer made a huge spectacle.

The store has plenty of seating and chairs. Everything is clean and well-maintained from it seems like it. The bathroom was clean too!

The drinks here have always been good for the most part. I know when my boyfriend bought me their new ube drink, I wasn't too impressed with it. However, I tried their new strawberry mango and mango dragonfruit lemonade refreshers were really delicious.“

All the barista’s flowed from one task to another, helping each other and welcoming customers with a cheerful attitude, even though they were swamped. My coffee drink was made with care, tasted excellent and I enjoyed hanging out to enjoy drinking it.“
