“I have two main locations I go to, one by my work and the one I go to when my dog is getting chemo. I accidentally ordered to the wrong location on the mobile app and didn’t realize until I showed up to get my order. The staff were super understanding and friendly and took great care of me and got my order ready super fast.“

“My mom and I stopped by here as we were on a waitlist at Boiling Point with a time estimation of 45 mins to 60 mins. When we arrived, there was a line of about three people and the tables were pretty much full which was unfortunate as we wanted to have a seat while waiting. There was two small tables, long tables and bar counter and chairs. The decor and lighting is the same as other Starbucks. It was my birthday so I have a free drink or food choice but I opted for the drink as I was going to eat soon and we went with a hot a venti Chestnut Praline latte. Additionally, I got a birthday cake pop as a small present for myself too. I told the cashier my order and then once it was time to pay, I told him that I had a free reward due to my birthday and the cashier wished me a happy birthday, which I appreciated!

The latte was pretty much once I walked over to the pick up counter and the barista was very professional and kind. The latte was deliciously made and we were happy.“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in, specifically “Harner”. My order was prepared quickly and exactly the way I requested, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The store was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. You can really tell that the team cares about providing excellent customer service. Even during a busy time, everyone remained positive and attentive.
