Starbucks in Bellevue

“Adam was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming! He made my Starbucks experience so much better with his positive attitude and great customer service. My order was perfect, and he genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Adam, for your energy and kindness — Starbucks is lucky to have you!“

“Winterstar deserves a raise! They elegantly provided me with ice and remembered my order from yesterday, whilest pouring the ice from the alantic she did so quite fast and with a smile of sunshine! Please provide her with a raise as she has mastered all aspects of customer service and will need to be placed in the highest paying position of the field or I am requesting for her to get a two dollar raise.“

“Stopped at Starbucks for my coffee on a busy weekend. The food was alright, I enjoyed the banana bread. Service was great, David and Yeji were very kind and attentive.

Overall, I enjoy this location and will make sure to stop by when I'm in the Bellevue area.“

“We just pulled out of the drive-thru and got home, and I had to race to write an immediate 5 star review. Our service with Almira was outstanding! My daughter was craving a refresher, and Almira thought to ask if she wanted it caffeine-free (which we didn't even know they offered after ordering this drink a million times before!!); it was like Almira had an intuitive knowing it was the perfect, magical option for a school night. Then when we got to the window, Almira was as kind as could be about a huge miss of an oversight on my part. Even though it was completely my fault, she gave us so much grace and my daughter felt so special and rewarded! This made my mama heart too relieved not to share. Thank you for saving the day, Almira!“

“A note for whomever decides business hours. Shift change for nurses at the hospital is 7PM, and there are a lot of nurses incoming and outgoing that would consider buying drinks for work and for the drive home. Lots of drinks and foods that could be had. Just FYI“

“Never left a review to a Starbucks, but this one deserves it because the employees here are amazing. They’re very respectful and friendly plus they check in on you to see if there’s anything else you need. The cafe itself also has a great atmosphere and it’s one of my favorite places to work.“

“Perfect as always— the baristas here are always very friendly and attentive, and they get my order right each time. I’ve never had any issues here (then again, I’m not too picky). The team’s manager should be proud of their baristas!

It can get very busy during rush hours and lunch time, but that’s to be expected everywhere.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options

Dietary restrictions: They have so many types of milks it’s insane

Parking: Good parking

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“The staff here is truly one of a kind! I work right next door so I got there almost every single day I work, and they are always so kind and on top of it! They know my order when it comes through and there’s no option for hazelnut cold foam on the app but they make it for me every time they see my order come through. I absolutely love them, this is a great location 🩷“

“This Starbucks is underrated. The employees there do their best to make people happy, and I was not even a customer. I went to the location to pick up coffee grounds, and the baristas at different shifts never hesitated to help me out. They went above and beyond. One barista dove into the bin and recovered a huge bag of ground, and the other emptied out all the brewers and packaged the ground well for me. I took them for granted. I went to another location and expected free coffee ground, but the barista said she was not sure if she could donate coffee ground to me (come on it is trash for you).“

“To begin, this full service cafe is located inside T-Mobile's corporate building #2, and therefore only T-Mobile employees and guests are able to enter the building and visit this location so please visit another location if you aren't able to come in. Its a great convenient location for employees and is perfect for meetings.“

“Pretty standard Starbucks in a target. There were only two baristas on hand during a very busy period but they did great! They were out of a couple things but provided recommendations to substitute our go to items which ended up being very delicious!“

“Really busy when I got here and I understood why. There was only 2 people working, and a lot of orders. I was really impressed with the fact that the guy working the counter knew most everyone's names when they walked in. The lady was super nice and also knew some names and really helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in here as its not my regular spot.

Thank you guys for your hard work!“

“A well run location that handles a steady stream of customers without feeling chaotic or rushed. The staff was friendly and the order came out quickly and accurately, which is really all you need from a busy urban Starbucks. The space itself is comfortable with enough seating to settle in for a bit if you’re not in a hurry. A dependable option in a convenient spot whether you’re passing through or staying a while ☕“

“The barista (new??) became upset when I ordered small cup of water, which I do sometimes to hydrate, she told me to order it from the cashier as they keep inventory. Sorry. Didn't know that and I've been going to this Starbucks for several years and I merely forgot to place an order for water which happens sometimes due to lack of caffeine. She was upset (overworked?)“

“I was so tired and jet lagged from travelling and while their nitro cold brew was not working, I got my backup option and the service was great.Would give it 5 stars but it seems like the Starbucks nitro machine is like the McDonald's ice cream machine...frequently broken but always a favourite!Anyway, happy to come back here next time around!“

“Even though this place normally always has a line in the morning (which Starbucks doesn't) the staff is friendly and fast with the service, so the line always moves quickly. They have Nitro cold brew on as well so that is always a huge bonus in my book. Try it, its basically a breakfast beer!“

“Friendly staff who took the time to explain options based on my needs. The straight-up nitro cold brew is good.

Premium ambiance with a lot of high quality seating space for laptop work sessions. The furniture is better than most cafes.“

“Did a mobile order on the wrong location. Sage, one of the baristas was super kind enough to make my order and call the branch I sent my order to cancel it. Customer service is top knotch here and that is something you rarely see these days. This will be my go to starbucks from now on“

“WOW. Truly the MOST FANTASTIC Starbucks experience of my entire life. Not only was my beverage delicious, but the service… second to non. Thank you to my barista Tyler. He was kind, genuine and talented. I have never tasted a Starbucks beverage as delicious as the one he prepared for me. Not only did it quench my thirst for a Starbucks beverage, but it Fulfilled me spiritually emotionally. My heart filled with warmth from the second I took my first sip. Until the second I left Tyler had a smile on his face leaving me feeling warm and fuzzy inside. Thank you Starbucks inside of Safeway. You have changed my life and I will never forget this.“

“The atmosphere here is always so welcoming, and the baristas are incredibly friendly. I love trying their seasonal drinks—each visit feels like a little treat! It can get busy during peak hours, but the quality of the coffee and service makes it worth the wait.“
