The banana cream matcha, and Dubai chocolate matcha I ordered from this store recently are very watery. Even the matcha color is very lite. I didn’t reduce the sweetness but it’s pretty plain. It does not used to be like this I’ve order matcha quite a few times from this store before. I’ve also never had such watery taste matcha from other Starbucks stores. I hope they’ll fix it.
Really busy when I got here and I understood why. There was only 2 people working, and a lot of orders. I was really impressed with the fact that the guy working the counter knew most everyone's names when they walked in. The lady was super nice and also knew some names and really helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in here as its not my regular spot.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a great little location on the corner of a plaza, separate from other stores, with plenty of parking available at certain times. The staff are described as the absolute best, very friendly, and on top of things. They provide exceptional and excellent service, often going above and beyond in thoughtful and heartwarming gestures, such as assisting with personal items or offering water to a coughing customer. No matter how busy the store gets, the team is noted for being fast and accurate. Experienced staff are recognized for effectively training newer members. However, the store can be disappointingly chilly. A specific concern was raised regarding food service standards, with an observation that long hair was not secured back and that a staff member leaned against a counter where food and drink contact occurs. Overall, this Starbucks is known for its friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service, though occasional feedback about the environment and food safety protocols is noted.
