The staff are described as the absolute best, very friendly, and on top of things. They provide exceptional and excellent service, often going above and beyond in thoughtful and heartwarming gestures, such as assisting with personal items or offering water to a coughing customer. No matter how busy the store gets, the team is noted for being fast and accurate. Experienced staff are recognized for effectively training newer members. However, the store can be disappointingly chilly. A specific concern was raised regarding food service standards, with an observation that long hair was not secured back and that a staff member leaned against a counter where food and drink contact occurs. Overall, this Starbucks is known for its friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service, though occasional feedback about the environment and food safety protocols is noted.
