Love the cleanliness and big space! Also everyone is so nice! :) it's super close to my work so I always try stopping by when I can. I usually use the drive thru but I decided to stop in the store today since I had some time. Food and drinks are done just how I like it! I typically get a matcha latte and double smoked bacon sandwich!

Staff need to be trained better. I walked in and asked for a drink of the biggest size which is trenta but was charged a venti. When my drink came, I asked the same staff why I was given a venti and not a trenta, he said "most customers who asked for the biggest size usually meant venti." Mm, like..what?
