“I have been coming to this starbucks more and more for online school mornings. I used to order just pick up and now I have a reason to come sit inside. In the passed year I have had the most consistent formula coming from this location. Today, the first time, a drink was made (the way it comes rather than alterations made) different than ordered. I felt terrible asking them to remake but I did because my kid is in love with choc of course which was the alteration. First of all, the drink was perfect as it was. Secondly, our barista Elise and her co worker Skye (i think) were more than willing to do so and even let us keep the drink! Later, they came around the coffee shop and offered samples of lattes! The customer service vibe here is on POINT! Thank yall for being here. On top of the kindness, there is so much space! The main reason we come to work on stuff here is the space, comfort and amount of tables. You walk in and there is a contemporary chandelier. This is an amazing environment for us right now. 10 🌟“
“Very sweet and friendly staff who are very polite, don't seem to hate their jobs and take things seriously when serving customers. The barista was professional and I felt she actually cared to chat with me which is a nice change of pace as other Starbucks have lost their touch with customer service. My drink was correct each time I would come here, which is nice and the way it always should be. The drive thru takes an average amount of time to get through but overall I'm leaving 5 stars because I left with a smile on my face each time. Thank you to the team. Keep up the good work. You're appreciated.“
“Probably the one of the last few Starbucks provides outlets, which I barely found in Bellevue. That is why I love Kirkland so much, easy access to everything but still keep the small town feeling. Staff is friendly and environment is chill. I will keep supporting you guys!“
“This former Burger King has been transformed into a spacious and inviting Starbucks, the newest on the Eastside. The staff is comprised of the same great & friendly people who worked at the tiny storefront Starbucks (with no drive-up window) in Totem Lake West that I used to frequent.“
“We stopped in on a Sunday morning after a scenic drive around Lake Washington, and the baristas were incredibly friendly and even helped us find a cozy corner table by the window. My husband got his usual drip coffee and I tried one of their seasonal lattes, both were exactly what we needed to warm up. The place had a lovely calm to it at that hour, nothing too rushed or crowded, which we really appreciated. If you find yourself passing through Kirkland on a weekend, it's a perfect little stop to rest your feet and enjoy a quiet moment together.“
“The food is the usual menu but this location differs in that it is larger inside with more seating and there is a drive-thru that stays open all the time. \nTo be clear, the store closes and all patrons have to leave but the drive-thru stay open.\n\nThe downside of this location is the limited parking and crazy lines of cars for the drive-thru.“
“Baristas are pleasant and friendly! Lovely to talk to if they aren’t too busy. My drink is always made correctly here and tastes great. The food tastes good, especially with sriracha. They’re fast when staffed and not alone. It bums me out when I see one of them working alone, but the service is still satisfactory. My only wish is for more seating options besides the sushi bar. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a great drink from kind baristas.“
“Great for groups, but very loud for studying
This Starbucks is the perfect spot if you are looking to gather with a big group, chat, and play games. The atmosphere is very lively, especially on weekends!
However, if you are looking for a quiet place to work or study, this might not be the best location. The background music is consistently played at a very high volume—the loudest I’ve experienced at a Starbucks. Even with my high-quality noise-canceling headphones playing study focusing piano music, I couldn't block it out.
Aside from the noise level, everything else here is great! I highly recommend it for socializing and casual hangouts, but you may want to skip it if you need to focus.“
“I am a daily customer at the bridle Trail, Starbucks, and every single day without fail Sasha and Michela always make my day 10 times brighter!! They truly care about their customers and make it a point to build a good relationship with them. I’ve stopped going to any other Starbucks so that I can support and see my friends. They both know Mine and my mom’s names and our usual orders (Including the light ice). The atmosphere is also amazing, a great place to study and or do homework. They put a lot of thought into making sure your drinks and or food is perfectly made.“
