“I am a daily customer at the bridle Trail, Starbucks, and every single day without fail Sasha and Michela always make my day 10 times brighter!! They truly care about their customers and make it a point to build a good relationship with them. I’ve stopped going to any other Starbucks so that I can support and see my friends. They both know Mine and my mom’s names and our usual orders (Including the light ice). The atmosphere is also amazing, a great place to study and or do homework. They put a lot of thought into making sure your drinks and or food is perfectly made.“
“Very sweet and friendly staff who are very polite, don't seem to hate their jobs and take things seriously when serving customers. The barista was professional and I felt she actually cared to chat with me which is a nice change of pace as other Starbucks have lost their touch with customer service. My drink was correct each time I would come here, which is nice and the way it always should be. The drive thru takes an average amount of time to get through but overall I'm leaving 5 stars because I left with a smile on my face each time. Thank you to the team. Keep up the good work. You're appreciated.“
“Probably the one of the last few Starbucks provides outlets, which I barely found in Bellevue. That is why I love Kirkland so much, easy access to everything but still keep the small town feeling. Staff is friendly and environment is chill. I will keep supporting you guys!“

What was already good just got even better!
I visited the Starbucks at Totem Lake today, a place I often choose to meet with friends and clients. The service is always impeccable, but today I was pleasantly surprised.
For in-store consumption, we were served with glass cups, porcelain mugs, and plates, which made the experience even more enjoyable. In addition to reducing the use of disposable items, this change made the environment feel more welcoming, cozy, and comfortable.
Small details truly make a big difference.

“This former Burger King has been transformed into a spacious and inviting Starbucks, the newest on the Eastside. The staff is comprised of the same great & friendly people who worked at the tiny storefront Starbucks (with no drive-up window) in Totem Lake West that I used to frequent.“
“i love this new drive-thru starbucks! service is amazing, the inside is nice and has many seating options! as of december 20th (the time i am writing this review) you need proof if vaccination to drink INSIDE this starbucks. if you are just driving through the drive-thru no vaccine needed! :)“
“This Starbucks is starting to get comfy chairs back inside which is nice, and better chairs for their tables too! I personally missed sitting and visiting with family and friends in the comfy chairs, so I was happy to see they're bringing them back!👍👍“
“The food is the usual menu but this location differs in that it is larger inside with more seating and there is a drive-thru that stays open all the time. \nTo be clear, the store closes and all patrons have to leave but the drive-thru stay open.\n\nThe downside of this location is the limited parking and crazy lines of cars for the drive-thru.“
“Baristas are pleasant and friendly! Lovely to talk to if they aren’t too busy. My drink is always made correctly here and tastes great. The food tastes good, especially with sriracha. They’re fast when staffed and not alone. It bums me out when I see one of them working alone, but the service is still satisfactory. My only wish is for more seating options besides the sushi bar. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a great drink from kind baristas.“

“Amazing service! We walked in with a large order of 24 drinks, most with modifications. First, Kian took our order and he was personable, professional, and proficient. Second, the staff got all 24 drinks correct. Lastly, they went above and beyond and packaged all the drinks in carriers and then placed them in four bags with handles and taped the bags closed! Just amazing and easy. Thank you so much!“

The STAFF makes this store great. Very personable, warm and professional. The staff greets every customer, knows the returning customers by name and order and genuinely learns about the customers. Starbucks management should go to this store and adopt their practices to other stores!“
