“I have gotten my coffee from here before work at least twice a week for the past year and it has come out perfect every time! I order ahead and by the time I get in the store (15 min after ordering) it ready for me on the counter. Ordering inside is great too, the staff is helpful and I haven't had to wait too long. The location is very whimsical as well. They also keep water out for pets <3“
“I have been to several Starbucks and can honestly say this location is by far the best, the customer service is outstanding. They are very friendly, accommodating, and make the best drinks. Everyone that works at this location will ensure you enjoy your drink and are happy to make adjustments if needed (drinks have always been delicious, and adjustments were never needed, but they offer). I literally avoid the Starbucks across the street which has a convenient drive thru, and would rather walk into this location as it’s inside Safeway.“
“The baristas are really nice and efficient, even when there is long line in the morning with one batista behind the counter taking orders and making drinks. Since it is in a Safeway they don't take mobile orders. They also have a much smaller food selection than most Starbucks. However, their drinks are always good and they give a good amount of whipped cream.“

“Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. Thank you Mark and the company should promote you to management to train other employees. There is a difference between order taking and professional service. Starbucks can benefit from Mark.“
“This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to! Kiosks usually have the stigma of not being as good or as trained as the regular corporate stores, but these BARISTAS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Some of them have been with Starbucks for a long time, and you can tell by their beverage quality and knowledge. They love to go above and beyond and will make sure I walk away with a smile on my face, and I so appreciate that! The newer Baristas are just as enthusiastic! This is a great team, and this kiosk should not be underestimated. And thank you for helping me find my new favorite drink! The brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso with cold foam. So yummy!“

“I usually go through the drive thru only at this store. The drive thru is always fast, and the order is always correct. I have found the batistas to always be sweet, kind, smiling, and polite!! This is one of my favorite Starbucks!!?? ??“
“This particular Starbucks is apart of the Urban Plaza strip and is within QFC supermarket. It's a weekly visit when I am here working with a client. I don't partake in Starbucks myself, at least not usually but my client likes to take his break here and get a white chocolate mocha. I get it for him "kids temperature" which I didn't know was a thing. This is great so he does not burn his mouth drinking it too fast. I appreciate them doing that. They also know to give him a discount as he works at the QFC. The baristas are all very nice and also keep the area pretty clean if it isn't too busy. My one complaint is they don't call out when the drink is ready or at least they could be a bit louder. I guess they expect you to eye the counter for your order but it would be a nice touch if they did that. Other than that, a very accommodating Starbucks.“
“This place was clean, the staff were friendly and the drinks were PERFECT! It is worth going to this location. We went here after trying to go to our normal location and it was super busy. This one is in a very convenient location right off the freeway so we stopped here by chance but now we will probably make this our regular stop whenever we are heading that way for errands or appointments.“
“Overall good. Went for breakfast. They didn't have the muffin sausage sandwich, even though it was on display, so I had the bacon / egg / cheese sandwich...it was good. No OJ, first Starbucks I have been to that didn't have OJ. First world problem ... lol“
“After searching all the Starbucks in the northern half of the Eastside, this has become my go-to place to spend a few hours on my laptop. Roomy, fireplace, warm atmosphere, and electrical outlets under all the benches lining the walls, even the big table by the fireplace.Other pros:-Staff is always friendly and although sometimes understaffed (who isn't nowadays?) it has never been a problem.-No drive-through! Starbucks corporation relented to the profit-gods some time ago and every new store has a drive through now; frantic head-set-wearing staff lessen a relaxed coffee-house experience.-Never had a problem getting a drink remade if I thought there was something iffy (even me whining 'it tastes weak for some reason' lol)Cons: (about this store in particular)-The temps are always a challenge here: too icy AC in the summer and in the winter a cold-draft down your back at the window benches Also, for laptop uses, you are usually sitting with your laptop facing the window behind you so reflections are a problem during daylight hours.-On Weds the local schools let out early so it can be a noisy crowd of kids in the early afternoon. Avoid if you want a quieter coffee-house experience.-Parking can be tight but lots of room right next door if you can handle walking 50'. If you are not elderly or handicapped and this is your biggest complaint then I think you are doing pretty well!Overall my favorite place in the Eastside of Totem Lake area!“
