Very clean space, staff are very nice! They are very quick and have consistency in their food and beverages. Big shoutout to Margo the assistant lead at Starbucks, very kind and excellent customer service.
This particular Starbucks is apart of the Urban Plaza strip and is within QFC supermarket. It's a weekly visit when I am here working with a client. I don't partake in Starbucks myself, at least not usually but my client likes to take his break here and get a white chocolate mocha. I get it for him "kids temperature" which I didn't know was a thing. This is great so he does not burn his mouth drinking it too fast. I appreciate them doing that. My biggest complaint is the sticky tables, every time I visit. When asked for a rag to clean a table I was given an alcohol wipe. Alcohol does not clean dirt and was only meant to sterilize. I couldn't think of a diplomatic way to point this out to the employees because they did not seem very invested in their job and only the manager has the motivation to fix this problem.
