Starbucks Coffee Company is a convenient location with good drinks. However, this Starbucks is extremely slow, with customers reporting incredibly long wait times both inside and at the drive-thru for items like a sandwich and a hot chocolate beverage. There is absolutely zero hustle at this location for no apparent reason, and delays sometimes occur without apology. In contrast, many reviews highlight amazing service. The customer service is always well executed, thanks to being well staffed. The baristas always nail complicated drink orders perfectly and get large orders, even for 24 drinks with modifications, completed correctly. The staff is personable, professional, and proficient, often going above and beyond in their service. The atmosphere is loved and impressive, with a feeling that everyone knows your name. The shift supervisors do a phenomenal job and the AM crew is noted as the absolute best. While some note that standards can slip, the baristas hold to the standards they are taught. It is a always busy location, well accommodating to any size of groups who want to dine in for meetings.
