Drive through was fast and friendly
I would like to formally report a disappointing customer service experience I had at this location today, Sunday, September 13. This was my first visit to this location.
I placed my order through the kiosk shortly before it closed and completed the payment successfully. However, I did not receive a receipt, so I approached a staff member who appeared to be the shift supervisor. He was wearing a white shirt with thin stripes and a headset with a microphone.

The breakfast is quick, friendly, clean, and filling, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The drive-through is also very nice, with hot, freshly prepared burgers and fries. The outdoor seating and clean bathrooms add to the overall positive experience.
One customer had a not-so-great experience when the frappe machine was not working, but the manager, April, addressed the issue immediately and ensured the customer would receive the free frappe on their next visit. This level of customer service is highly appreciated by frequent customers.
