I visited this branch three times with the Happy Meal ordering drive-thru, but unfortunately one thing was missing in the box each time, once with milk and two with toys. And since I didn't have time to go back, I just had to hear my daughter's cry. This is unforgivable.

The service quality has been going down at this location from the past few months, and I have been a regular customer here since the last 4 years. Long wait times in the drive-thru, cold food, dirty dine-in area, and the increase in the prices every other week. Well I can understand the increase in prices due to the inflation but how do you justify low level of service quality. Well, after talking to some crew members it turns out that this location got a new General Manager named "April." They told me that she has been reducing the workforce on purpose to maximize the profits for this location which would ultimately turn into a big Bonus for her. She is compromising the service quality for her own greed since the crew told me if we were staffed at normal level the drive thru lanes would move much quicker. That's ridiculous. The owner should look into this. Very disappointed :(

They did for get something out of my order and I was already a ways down the road when I noticed, so I didn't go back.
Asked for no pickles or cheese on big Mac, there was a pickle in there along with a long brown hair after initial bite.. mmm just how I like my burgers. ?

Ordered fish sandwich no cheese no sauce in drive thru, they made a mistake, asked me to wait, later asked me to wait behind another car waiting for his mistake. Then they asked me to pull to the side and wait. Waited 15 minutes. I went in and saw them all joking around. I loudly said excuse me I think you forgot me. 15 seconds later I got my daughter's sandwich,

This is one of the cleanest and coolest McDonald's I've ever been to. It has a pretty impressive stylish interior design with multi-colored tables and chairs. In addition, here is fast service: the order can be placed online and it will be ready in 5 minutes.
