“We came here after taking our kids to the VR place across the way. The staff was friendly and took our order quickly. The menu has many options, it feels like there is something for everyone (littles included!). Note that if you order a burger, it does not come with fries, you have to order them separately. After we ordered, it took quite a bit for us to get the food and there wasn't many people who ordered before us, but it seemed as if they might've been a little short staffed in the kitchen. It was worth the wait. All 3 boys finished their meals and the side of fries we got them. The food was extremely flavorful and filling. We live pretty far away from this location, but I would drive the 1+ drive it takes to eat here again. I'll be interested to see where their food truck goes, hopefully it'll come down south sometimes so we can enjoy it.Parking: This is located within a shopping center so we found parking easily.Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu has good options in case you have a picky eater that wouldn't enjoy the flavors on the regular menu.“

“The food is just delicious!! Very Good quality ingredient by far one of the best meat I ever tested. Recommend chicken sandwich and class burger. The shawarma was ok (I did not like too much the spices in the sauce but the chicken was very good)Only one improvement I wish was made is to increase the fries’ quality otherwise you will still be a bit hungry hahaThe restaurent is super clean! The staff are very nice too.Inside there’s only 2 small tables a bit crowded but during cold weather it’s very good to have.“

“Good vegetarian options, as you can substitute anything for a Black Bean veggie burger. I got a Swiss veggie burger and it was definitely bomb. The cost of doing a double burger is also pretty cheap too. Compared to most burger places in Kirkland, this is the perfect medium between fast food and sit down (there are only a few outdoor tables)“

“Solid burger, good fries.Got a coastline burger, no pickles. Was delicious, no major complaints.Partner got a chicken sandwich, no onions or pickles. I preferred it slightly over the burger. Moist chicken, very yummy.Fries were very thin and some of them were too hard / crunchy, but most were good.I'd come back if I was nearby a location and in the mood for a burger“

“There are several reasons to go to Five Guys when the need for a cheeseburger hits -They make a good burger with a good selection of optional toppingsYou can get a decent shakeThe fries are tasty and abundantThe dining area is cleanFree peanuts! My daughter and I dropped in this week. She has several food issues and Five Guys is good at accommodating her. She orders a plain burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and gets onions and peppers on it. I go for the bacon cheeseburger with all sorts of toppings. We split a regular order of fries and each got a soda. On a warmer day, I would get a strawberry shake. They make them good and thick and put in a generous helping of chopped strawberries. It’s hard to get it up through a straw, but it is worth it.I filled a little paper boat with peanuts and we found a table while we waited for the rest of our food to get ready. The peanuts are in the shell the way I like them. Getting the nuts out slows me down just enough to prevent me from shoveling peanuts into my mouth at an unhealthy rate. The downside is that the shells and the little “paper” inside make a huge mess. One of the reasons why there is such a huge staff working there is that they are continuously sweeping up peanut bits. Our food came up in a reasonable amount of time. Each burger is cooked to order, so you can ask for special treatment on your burger or to get the fries made extra crispy. I picked up the food from the counter while my daughter arranged condiments. After I pulled the burgers out of the bag, we split the fries. My daughter took the cup they came in and I took all the ones that spilled into the bag. That makes for about a 50-50 split.I think the fries need more salt, so we got a packet from the condiments along with a little cup of ketchup for dipping.Because you specify all the toppings, I never have to rearrange everything when I open the wrapper. I can just pick up the burger and dig in. I recommend getting a pile of napkins, because the burgers are very juicy. We finished up and washed our hands. As we left, the sweeper came up and cleaned up the mess. It was a good meal.“

“We went through the drive-thru. Despite the long line, it moved fairly quickly. The girl at the microphone and window was very nice. And you could see staff rushing around, but it was productive. The only ding would be that our sweet tea had zero sweet. That's disappointing.“

“The food is awesome good and tasty. But for the experience in Kirkland ,WA, shake shack , it is not making sense of the bag fee. Even we buy the burger in the store kiosk, there is still the bag fee charge in there , the bag fee can’t be cancel. Even we choose dine in option. This option needs to be removed when we choose dine in . Thank you“

“Only ordered fish and chips as a quick snack. Didn't expect much, and was pleasantly surprised. The chips were great. They gave a generous amount and it freshly fried and has a great crisp/crunch to it. The fish itself was breaded, not like a usual beer battered style fish. It was still moist and flaky, and tasted great, but just note that its not the usual style of fried fish that you usually see with fish and chips.“

“I think the Happy Hour alone warrants a solid rating. While certainly not healthy, the portions and prices are good -- which is hard to find right now. I suggest the loaded waffle fries "jacked up" as an appetizer for a few people. Also, every draft beer is marked down roughly $3 dollars during their every day happy hour.I'm not a huge fan of their burgers quality-to-cost ratio. They're pretty good but still seem overpriced. Also: haven't had a bad experience with any servers or bartenders.“
