“I always seem to catch this place in a rush, and have always been impressed by the way the crew handles everything with professionalism and grace. The waits can be long if there's a lot of orders (their kitchen looks quite compact), but I always see the crew working as best they can and staying positive. I don't mind sipping a beer and waiting. As for food, their fries are flavorful and cooked perfectly, and I love their BLTA! And the atmosphere of a repurposed gas station can't be beat.“

“Went here with my family. We had reservations so we were able to go in right away (there was a lot of people waiting). The drinks were really good and the food was awesome! Our waitress was very nice and suggested to split burger before we even asked (our family likes to share). We even made a reservation in two weeks to take other friends there! Definitely recommend!“

“A nice little burger joint, has character from its age of architecture too. The bacon burger and grilled cheese i got were really good, the fries were nice and crisp too. I recommend the bbq sauce as well. The seating is the only iffy thing that i would say is a little difficult with the mishmash of chairs around some of the tables, but there was an okay amount of seats to choose, or stand inside at one of the counter spaces to eat thats across from the order area. Overall, I would stop here again, it was a great spur of the moment pick by s friend of mine.“

“So tasty and can't wait to eat here again! I am vegetarian (a failed vegan) and worried the food would be a let down given I indulge in real cheese and eggs these days. However, I had the breakfast totchos (tatertot nachos) from the weekend brunch menu and the flavor was excellent. Husband enjoyed his breakfast burrito and bloody mary too. I also had a strawberry infused tequila drink with lemons and lemonade and that was also great. Friendly service, low key environment. Want to try the French dip next.“

“Great halal burgers at a good price. We got 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich for under 30 dollars! The burgers had a nice smokey flavor but could have used some more salt. Otherwise everything was good. Classic burger spot with great prices, and just a short walk from the Link station!“

“This review is way overdue! Stopped here on a day trip gathering supplies for my tea shop with the hubby! Owner was really kind, fish was crunchy and fresh! Would recommend highly! Living in Port Angeles on the water with fresh fish I am very particular about my fish and chips, these fit the bill! Moist fish, crunchy batter! Could use a tad more spices but I lived in the south so I just want extra spice. 4.5 out of 5 stars! Check them out!“

“I'm very happy to report that the vegetarian options here are more than acceptable. It's great that the fry bread is not made with lard (although I do realize that it would taste even better if it were!). The vegetable sides could use more seasonings, but they were cooked to my preference, and the serving sizes were generous. I also enjoyed the chai. The fry bread was a bit tough/chewy so I'm guessing that they don't fry it up to order but it sits a while; but overall I was happy with my meal.“

“First time there. Didn't know what to order. Server was very polite but I wished she knows which burgers are best sellers when I asked what's the most popular burger combo.
Clean place, atmosphere was comfortable. The burger itself was a bit smaller for my eyes but it got the job done.“

“We were visiting Seattle from New York, so we searched on Google and found the best reviews of Shahana Steakhouse. We decided to stop by for the Ramadan Buffet (we visited a couple more restaurants in Seattle), so the best Iftar buffet and the out-of-class service in the Seattle area is here, with excellent customer service and a perfectly managed buffet. I noticed they were crazy busy on weekdays. The restaurant was full of people, and there was a long line; the staff served dates in the line and continued filling the dishes with food, even for families that were joining very late. Everything was fresh and warm, including their delicious pizza, fried chicken, and tikka boti. I loved Shahi Tukray; you must try it if you are there for a buffet. They even served the food at the tables for the customers who came in later. They came to us twice at our table to serve the food. Everything was very well set up, and there was fantastic management. I am going there for suhoor/breakfast and will let you all know about the homemade parathas and omelets. Stay tuned.“

“Hands down! The BEST burger I have EVER! Ate. I go to burger places all over the country and try the best one’s I can find in that city. When I tried Halal smash BRGR it changed everything. This is my standard for how a burger should be!. They have the best! Fries with beef bacon (never had beef bacon until having theirs) it is so amazing!. I unfortunately moved to Eastern Washington and I drive 5 hours back to Seattle to get their food.
BEST burger on the west coast by far! No one even comes close. Not even Frisco Freeze, Frugals or Patty’s, I am so grateful I got the blessing to eat here.

“We recently booked The People's Burger food truck for a year end lunch for the faculty and staff at our school. The staff were on time, friendly, and easy to work with. I had the Classic burger on a gluten free bun - one of the best GF buns I've ever had. The ingredients on the burger were fresh and high quality. They had a tasty aioli sauce on the burger as well. The fries were super delicious as well - salty and amazing. You can't go wrong booking these guys for your next summer event!“

The menu includes the calories for each dish and there are more healthy options than other diners. The coffee that Lulu brewed us was superb!
