Wildly surprised by the quality and taste of the food! I was skeptical as cafes in/near museums don’t always have the best food and rely on convenience for patronage. I would happily go back just to eat their fry bread again! Somewhat expensive as you pay over $8 for one fry bread taco but it was so good that I went back and ordered a 2nd taco after finishing the first. The food came out quickly and we barely had to wait. Pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian options!
after backpacking for 4 days and only eating instant rice and beans and cliff bars, this was exactly the flavorful combination of healing ingredients my body needed. i had never tried native american food before, and i appreciate how creative each dish is, each ingredient intentional. i mean just look at those colors!
