We’ve heard a lot about the food truck, but living in the south sound we’ve yet to run into it. Planning our first visit to the Burke, we were excited to finally get the opportunity to try their recipes. The food and service were both perfect. The fry bread and the ingredients used to fill them were all delicious. One of the first places I recommend to visiting friends. My indigenous roommate sometimes gets a craving for frybread and this is the only place that gets it right. The food truck is great

Stopped in for lunch today and ordered the Bison taco and some of the sweet fry bread with honey on it. Not exactly the same sort of fry bread tacos I'm used to from Arizona but that's perfectly alright and I knew that from looking at the menu in advance.The bread came right out of the fryer so it was warm and airy.
