Oh. My. Gosh. When I tell you this is the best burger I’ve ever had in Washington. We ordered the Godzilla burger and the ohayou gozaimasu burger, and the katsu was fried to perfection, so crispy and tender yet still juicy. The size of the burger is very shareable, but if you’re looking for a feast, eat the whole thing. We also got the 12 spice fries with spicy mayo and they were delicious!!! Based on the reviews, Katsu Burger Bellevue is a small, grab-and-go Japanese style fried pork, chicken, beef, and tofu burger place. The food is delicious, with specific mentions of the Tokyo Burger and Ninja Burger being freshly fried and served piping hot. The Teriyaki chicken burger was outstanding, and the Katsu Curry and Samurai Select are also favorites. The vanilla shake was good but not amazing. The staff provides exceptional hospitality, even handling special requests perfectly. However, the business seating is very small, with only 3-4 small tables, so there are no seats available inside when it gets busy. Customers order on a tablet and the food is brought to them, with quick and accurate service. This location is one of the original spots and is a tradition for some after sports games.
