The staff is very rude and arrogant. I was waiting for my online pick-up order for 45 min at the restaurant after receiving the notifications that it was ready. Nobody tried to solve the issue or apologize for the delay. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they can’t process it right now and would do it after the restaurant was closed. 10/02/2019 Pre Theater Dinner. Not a fan of downtown Seattle for reasons like this place!
we ordered spring rolls to start (tiny little things!) & for main we had Yellow curry with Jasmine rice & some pork dish with sticky rice, which am unable to find on their menu!
Both rice dishes were tasteless with mine tasting gritty & crunchy! it also almost tasted like brown rice mixed with white(hope to god it was not left overs from returned customers!!)
