I love this place! This has some of the best Thai food in Bellevue and Seattle. I have tried so many Thai places and this is definitely one of the best. Every dish tastes fresh and authentic. The staff are always friends as well
The Phad See lew is usually pretty solid but for whatever reason they said my order got stolen and then rushed a new one in about 2 minutes. Well when I got home to eat my food, it only had about 1/3rd of the portion it normally comes with. Pretty disappointed considering I come here regularly and it's already pretty pricey for a basic noodle dish.
The Pad Kee Mao at Thai Ginger absolutely delivered. The wide rice noodles had that perfect wok char, and the dish was packed with fresh vegetables — broccoli, bell peppers, tomatoes, and fragrant Thai basil throughout. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the sauce struck a great balance of savory, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of heat.
