I happened to stumble upon this place exploring Seattle. I had my first Seattle dog, and a few of their IPAs. The food and drinks were great. All of the staff were incredibly pleasant and kind, with a shoutout to Clea. I will absolutely be stopping here again when I make it back out to Seattle.

Here Today Brewery & Kitchen is a popular local brewery known for its delicious beers, cocktails, and fresh food, offering a unique vapor wave/90's Taco Bell atmosphere. The building features a cool design and a welcoming ambiance, with plenty of outdoor seating with beautiful views across the street from the sculpture park. The staff and regular customers create a friendly environment that makes both neighborhood residents and out-of-towners feel at home. The beers are phenomenal, including the highly praised Glitter Paw Hazy IPA, and the food is always super fresh, highlighted by the best smash burger in Seattle. Guests can enjoy their excellent selection of beers and food, either indoors or while catching a baseball game and the sunset over the sound outside. The brewery is worth a visit, even if it's not easy to find, as it's off the beaten track and not touristy, offering a unique experience with their signature beers like the strong and warming Imperial Stout and the refreshing Acid Wave, a sour beer with kiwi, lime, and jasmine tea flavors.
