50 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Kirkland

“My wife and I have come here for the drinks and occasionally truffle pommes frites or some oysters, but this time we tried some of the other menu items for dinner. My wife got the Halibut (Chapter 6) and I got the Mushroom Pasta dish. (Chapter 5)

I asked Casey if he recommended the mushroom dish and he said it was one of his favorites. I'm not a foodie, so I don't get overly excited over food but let me tell you... It was so good that it prompted me to write a review about it. I actually felt an endorphin rush from eating it! My wife loved the halibut, (which I also tried) and I would say getting her to eat fish is usually a challenge unless her fisherman father prepares it!

I would recommend a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, which Casey also pointed me towards some new Rye to try. Fantastic as always!

I had placed an order for oysters but apparently they were forgotten, but I was so enamored with the mushroom dish that I didn't even care. Casey offered them to me on the house as he felt bad, which was a very nice gesture. I wasn't upset at all!

Now we would like to try all the other dishes, because if both meals were that good, how can they miss with anything else?

“Good not great Persian food but not as expensive either. Wonderful little family owned restaurant that is sure to fix that Persian craving you might be having. I enjoy this place when I go. There are better in the area, but at the same time, you will pay an arm and a leg for what you get. This place is a solid 4 of 5 stars.“

The Mongolian curry sauce and peanut sauce were phenomenal. Worth the 15 minute bike ride one way. Love that they had sesame oil as well as pepper sauce and salted peanuts for topping. Recommended if you’re in the area.“

The servers are very well educated and even remember special notes about you. My server was Carly and I absolutely adored her. She was so sweet and checked in on me each step of the tasting menu. Even when I was a tad bit overwhelmed by selection choices, she walked me through everything and recommended a few items.

The food melts into your mouth. I had some of the best scallops I have ever tried and I got to try quite a few new things that I didn't know I would enjoy, like caviar.

“want to recommend Kami Teriyaki in totem lake Kirkland because, for me, it is one of the best teriyaki places I have ever had in Washington, and honestly in my life.

I am a regular customer, and when I am not eating at the restaurant, I also order delivery. It is my favorite place for teriyaki.

“I have visited this restaurant with my friends on Friday evening. Nice hospitality and service, should give 5 start for it. Good vegetable options were available, we tried the Paneer Hariyali(grilled and not fried) and it was very tasty; also other vegetable food was great and tasty. I also tried their Goat Biryani and found to be ok compared to other restaurant, definitely suggest to improve on Biryani taste.“

“The Lamb Schwarma plate is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, with a portion to generously have leftovers later! The soup that comes with their plates is comforting without being heavy, and I could eat it every day. “Went to a neighbor restaurant, even though we called ahead and asked if we could have separate tickets, we got they're and were rudely showed where the menu said groups over 6 will be one ticket. we said we called in advanced and were told if we mentioned it before we ordered they would give us individual tickets. They were not nice about it. and they weren't busy. as our people came in, we sent them to La Corona who were more than happy to assist us. Once at La Corona, everyone was super friendly and nice. “This place is a must-try if you’re in King County. It’s family-owned, and you can tell — the food comes out with genuine care and quality that a lot of bigger chains just can’t match.

The portions are massive. We ordered Mongolian beef, General Tso’s chicken, kung pao chicken, chicken fried rice, and hot and sour soup — and every single dish came out piled high. The prices absolutely do not match how much food you get. Come hungry, and honestly, come prepared with containers because you’re taking food home no matter what.

Flavor-wise, everything was on point — the Mongolian beef and General Tso’s chicken were both perfectly balanced between savory and sweet, the kung pao chicken had great heat and crunch from the peanuts, and the fried rice was packed with flavor. The hot and sour soup deserves a special mention too — we devoured it before we even thought to snap a photo, that’s how good it was.

If you want authentic, generous, well-priced Chinese food from a family that clearly cares about what they’re putting out, this is the spot.“

“A nice little spot for some delicious sushi in downtown Kirkland. Walked in on Friday evening and were seated really quickly. The staff was welcoming and friendly in a down to Earth way. Our table was clean and comfortable. Great variety on the menu; I was able to order non-sushi items for myself and daughter while my friends found some great looking sushi plates. My chicken Katsu was crispy and cooked perfectly, and included a fresh salad and a cup of miso soup, which was very tasty. We tried the potato-ball/squid dish (I can't recall the name) and it was VERY good!!! Great on a cold evening to warm you up. Prices seemed fair and our waitress was very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a stop! :-)“

“The pizza is surprisingly good. The family was just paying through and wanted pizza. We've never heard of this chain restaurant. I assumed it was going to be mediocre due to being a chain restaurant but it was very good. I'll eat there again. 3 pepper shared a large Hawaiian with bread sticks.“
