“We were so happy to find Blazing Onion. We placed an online order and then we walked up, they opened the door for us with a big smile and greeting. They did that again as we left and worked to quickly get an answer to an ingredient question.. The food was delicious – I got the steak salad and my daughter got the carmelized onion burger. The cushion is shot and you sink down far too low.“

“Stopped here right after arriving at SeaTac and grabbing the rental car. I had made reservations in advance and wow am I glad I did! This place was BUSY which to me was a good sign. And it was. To start they have a complimentary cornbread that was great! Not dry like cornbread can be and we ordered the fried creamer potatoes and sourdough Mac and cheese to start. Then we ordered pulled pork sandwiches for our main dish. When I say this Mac and cheese hits hard…I mean it. I’m a Mac and cheese fanatic and still dream about it. And Beechers of course. I would go here just for that honestly. We try and visit Seattle every couple years and will be back again next month. And guess where I’ll be stopping right after we land? Yup, here. I need my Mac and cheese fix.“

“I’ve dined at the U-Village Joey’s & truly enjoyed their curry bowl, & wine. Although the Bellevue Joey’s no longer had the curry bowl on their menu, they had so many gluten/dairy free options to choose from. We were greeted with a glass of complimentary champagne. This was special, as we were celebrating my birthday. I had the Mercado chicken salad, (loved the lime peanut dressing). My friends enjoyed the ahi burger & Szechwan chicken lettuce wraps. We all tried the Szechwan wraps & loved them! I will definitely order them next time. Our waitress Veronica was amazing! She was attentive to my dietary needs & made lots of alternative suggestions based on their menu. My friends surprised me with Joey’s flourless chocolate cake with fresh raspberries & raspberry sauce & powdered sugar. It was delicious. Their whipping cream they brought on the side for my friends looked very good. Their menu prices seemed reasonable & they validated our parking. I would definitely dine at Joey’s in Bellevue again. I look forward to taking my family to dine their in the future.“

“This pizza is legit. Whenever I try a new pizza joint I go with a pepperoni. Cascadia does not disappoint. Great sauce Great crust Great cheese Great pepperoni Char on the crust is a must. Eat it there fresh and hot if you can. Wings are top notch too. Crispy skin with their dry rub is how I get it with blue cheese. Not cheap but,the quality and taste of the product is worth the money. It's my new pizza joint“

“We live in Spokane and travel to Columbia City to visit our son and the Ale House is our “go to” every time! My favorite is the BLT but everything is great. In my opinion you’ve got to try it. We’ve been there so much we’ve gotten to know everyone there and Kelly makes amazingly delicious soups and what a nice guy!! The owner is so friendly and has a knack for hiring the best staff as they all make you feel so welcomed and take great care of you. “What a cute restaurant! My friend and I stumbled onto this place by accident and it ended up being just what we needed. It felt like being invited to a neighbor's house for dinner. The place is small and the service is great. We tried the Canary Island style paella, which is a little different than what I'm accustomed to but still delicious. The fish and seafood was cooked to perfection. And we also had the polenta and chicken. The polenta and vegetables were so good, along with the sauces. The chicken wasn't anything special but when mixed with the 3 sauces on the plate was much better. The servers gifted us a small plate of tiramisu, which was so kind. All in all, it was such a lovely experience in sure we will be back. I'm excited to try other plates. Please keep in mind d this isn't strictly italian/french like the description says. The wall has a Amazigh flag on the wall, so go expecting a diverse Mediterranean menu and a family atmosphere.“

The chashu was really good as well, crispy and well grilled from the taste of it. I’ve also had the sushi and it was also quite good, although the ramen is my favorite here. For appetizers, the takoyaki were my favorite, really authentic/osaka style. The gyoza was good as well. My kids love the ramen here making it a good family spot for us. Knocking one star since the place gives a bit of fast food vibe and the prices do not reflect that atmosphere (a bit on the expensive side).“

If you read up on the background of this place, wanting to be your neighborhood joint, great food and drinks and ambience, then I think they are there. We had the mushroom etouffee with Cajun prawns, fried chicken sandwich, apple salad, and the beignets! I'm sure it is a personal preference, but I thought the beignets were better than at Toulouse Petit. Can't wait to try brunch!!“

“We just happened to be in the area for my son's tournament when we found this place. My husband was hungry and wanted something different from the usual Korean bbq or pho restaurants so he googled food nearby, and this is the spot we decided on. It's not much to look at from the outside or even when you step through the door. Very low key and plain. You could overlook a place like this if you had a stuffy nose (or didn't even bother to look at the menu). The smells omitting from this establishment are absolutely delectable! I'll admit, the menu was a little overwhelming for us at first glance as we'd never had Ethiopian or African food before so we asked the gentleman at the counter for recommendations, and he pointed out a few of the more popular dishes. My son and I decided on the lamb shank, my husband ordered a goat dish, and oh my word...we were astounded by the huge portions when everything came out. We immediately dug in, and the food is just so tender and marinating in massive amounts of flavor! Even with so much food on his plate, my son was almost able to finish his entire meal because it was just THAT delicious. If you're looking for a new place to try that's casual and exotic, then this is it! I promise you won't be disappointed :)“
