We ordered an extra large pizza and was on our way to pick it up. Unfortunately, as we got onto the freeway, the car overheated. After dealing with that fiasco, we were very late to pick up our pizza. When we got there, we apologized and explained what happened. The kind staff offered to remake our pizza for us free of charge!
