“We ordered an extra large pizza and was on our way to pick it up. Unfortunately, as we got onto the freeway, the car overheated. After dealing with that fiasco, we were very late to pick up our pizza. When we got there, we apologized and explained what happened. The kind staff offered to remake our pizza for us free of charge! Unable to wait, we started devouring the pizza in the car. It’s phenomenal! Absolutely wonderful! The funny thing is, they actually gave us the “old” one by mistake and gave us the other pizza. We ended up with 2 extra large pizzas and very happy tummies. Thank you for the great customer service, delicious pizza and turning our horrible day around. We’re certainly coming back for more! ❤️“

“We really enjoyed our meal at Sages in Redmond. The Wife’s Favorite pasta and the cheese ravioli were both comforting, flavorful, and pleasantly easy on the stomach. Everything felt satisfying without being too rich or heavy. We also tried the dessert sampler with three pastries, which was a perfect way to end the meal. “I was staying in the Wedgewood area for a few days. I stopped in to get a gluten free pizza. (I have celiac.) They were wonderful to me. They prepared and cooked my pizza separately from the rest. I don't remember the special I had but it was delicious. I ate the leftovers for lunch the next day. I didn't have any issues with my celiac.

“My wife and I have come here for the drinks and occasionally truffle pommes frites or some oysters, but this time we tried some of the other menu items for dinner. My wife got the Halibut (Chapter 6) and I got the Mushroom Pasta dish. (Chapter 5)

I asked Casey if he recommended the mushroom dish and he said it was one of his favorites. I'm not a foodie, so I don't get overly excited over food but let me tell you... It was so good that it prompted me to write a review about it. I actually felt an endorphin rush from eating it! My wife loved the halibut, (which I also tried) and I would say getting her to eat fish is usually a challenge unless her fisherman father prepares it!

I would recommend a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, which Casey also pointed me towards some new Rye to try. Fantastic as always!

I had placed an order for oysters but apparently they were forgotten, but I was so enamored with the mushroom dish that I didn't even care. Casey offered them to me on the house as he felt bad, which was a very nice gesture. I wasn't upset at all!

Now we would like to try all the other dishes, because if both meals were that good, how can they miss with anything else?

The inside space fills quickly on any given night, so the noise level means conversations can be tough if you're at a larger table, but 4 people or less would be fine for chatting. The pizza was good, but I much preferred the sandwiches.“

Let me just say…. the food itself is like when your grandma cooks it. Chefs kiss, amazing.The best part is….. THE DIRTY BURGER AOLI!!!!! I was lucky enough to be there as they were trying out something new. Lucky enough to be the only one too! Please, ask for the dirty burger with Alfredo sauce to dip it in.
