We visited Nishino yesterday, and unfortunately, the food fell short of our expectations. The sushi was particularly disappointing, and most of the dishes were overly salty for our taste.
However, the service was outstanding! Our server was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made the overall experience much more enjoyable.

They had kohada and matsutake mushrooms as specials when we visited. High quality fish and ingredients but I found the rice to be a little mushy. Also was quite pricey but we ordered a la carte.
