Cute coffee spot! Solid latte, not too milky. breakfast sandwich was pretty simple. The avocado sandwich was good, like a chicken salad with avocado. Will be coming back for the coffee and to try the waffles.
Extremely friendly service and absolutely delicious food. The waffles are fresh made and you can’t go wrong with a breakfast sandwich made out of two of them.Parking: Small lot for the shopping complex so you may have to resort to street parking.

Coffee here is really good. I didn't think the waffles were anything special really. I'm not a big carb person but if I were to have a splurge cheat day, I wouldn't do it here. But the coffee is very good.
