“We recently ordered from Pagliacci Pizza in Juanita, and once again, they delivered an exceptional experience. They are easily the go-to pizza spot, and for good reason.

This time, we ordered a half-spicy chicken, half-spinach chicken pizza, and it was delicious. The food here is incredibly consistent; every single time we order, the ingredients are fresh and the quality is outstanding. There is no denying that Pagliacci is on the pricier side, but you absolutely get what you pay for. You pay a premium, but it is well worth it for what is easily the best pizza in the metro area.

Beyond the food, the customer service and management at this location are top-notch. On our recent visit, we arrived right as they were closing, and the staff went out of their way to kindly hand over our pizza instead of rushing us off. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed. In a past instance where a pizza was running a bit late, the manager immediately stepped up and offered a complimentary drink. It was a small but genuine gesture that showed they truly value their customers' time and experience.

“I’ve been a frequent customer of this Papa Murphy’s store near Bridle Trails, 132nd in Kirkland, WA, for years. In my never-humble opinion, Papa Murphy’s is the BEST. Best food. Best value. Just the BEST. Period.

A couple of days ago, having encountered a puzzling glitch when attempting to send in an order online, I called the store and was quickly routed to Jenn, the new manager (actually, one of three partners who recently purchased the franchise). She quickly gave me a demonstration of professional customer service that exceeded my expectations by orders of magnitude!

As usual, the pizzas were exceptional. If you’re within range of this location and have a yen for exceptional pizzas, don’t hesitate.“

Pizza is always ready when it should be and has always been what I ordered and the employees and really nice and look like they are happy to be there. Kid-friendliness: My kids are grown but the employees are really nice and are almost.. almost kids themselves. Mid to late teens.. so I imagine they are kind to all.
