“The folks who work here and the pizza they severe have been top notch, incredible, and perfect every time.

I just moved to Washington from the East Coast 2 weeks ago. I stopped here to grab a few slices and I got met with incredible service, a great conversation, and the start of a new daily routine.

I’ve gone almost every day for the past 2 weeks. I appreciate the staff for always being kind, welcoming, and dealing with how chatty I am. And to the folks who cook. The pizza hits every time. My wife and I have not been disappointed. Wanted to show some love and I’ll see you guys tomorrow lol.“

“The girl working at counter yesterday (01/29) went above and beyond in terms of service. The pizza had a hole on it due to air bubble in the dough bursting in the oven, and she made sure to fix the problem before we arrived for pick up. Most people would just serve it as-is. She definitely deserves to be recognized.“

“We hosted out engagement party at My Friend Derek's and it could not have gone any better!!!!! Not only is this some of the best pizza in Seattle, the staff took exceptionally good care of us. They grabbed me with the deep dish style pizza. i started following their Instagram so i could see what was going on. over the last few years i would order a pizza from them when in the area… a few special trips just because. Now just recently I started seeing Tavern Style pizza show up on the instagram. Started with photos from other places and then Windy City pie puts tavern on their menu! i wanted to try it since it became available and finally decided to make it part of my pre game for a saturday Mariners game. if thin crisp crust is not your thing then stick with the deep dish! it continues to amaze! If you like the thin crisp pizza try the tavern. it is not just any pizza it is special. the crust is thin uniform and crisp through out the pizza. the toppings are high quality and the sauce is something out of this world! I ate about half and took the rest home to share with my wife. thought i would be able to share our reheat but it didn’t get past the cold pizza phase… this has to be the very best cold pizza i can remember! So good we didn’t take the time to heat back up we just downed it! Check them out! really great pizza on 2 ends of the pizza spectrum!“

“Came here on a hot 82 degree day and they had a shaded lounge with air conditioning, running water to wash hands, and reasonably priced food. I didn’t even think I was that hungry but once I had a bite I could not stop it was that good! I am 100% coming back here, what a pleasant experience. You can really tell the owner loves what he does and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, even uses saffron for the rice! This is one gem of a food truck in Seattle.“

Ed, Cassie, and the team were very communicative and made themselves available for all the questions we had. Our event was lovely - all the guests had a great time, and the food was amazing. “Our meal at Cinque Terre was amazing. That was seriously some of the best pesto I've ever had. My husband's boar pasta had plenty of meat in the sauce. The pasta was fresh. And they even had some good mocktails - as a non-drinker, I appreciate when a restaurant takes the time to create drinks that make me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was peaceful - not too loud in any way. I would absolutely recommend this place“

“Great spot for late night pizza, at least for us.the Paneer Tikka Malasa pizza (medium heat) was perfectly cooked. The crust was nice and crunchy and generous toppings! “I love everything at Uncle Peteza's... cheesey bread!!!!!, Hawaiian pizza, and antipasto salad are my ultimate go to's. My family has been ordering from here ever since I was a little girl. When we were kids it was our Friday night staple and we always looked forward to that. I also loved going to Frank Love Elementary back in the early 2000's for basketball and pizza night. The best! “For over 20 years we have enjoyed every meal on the menu. They are the only restaurant that I know that make their own pastas, sauces, bread, and desserts. What a difference that makes. Everything is fresh tasting and satisfying. The meatballs are so light and tasty, eat them slowly to enjoy every bite. Not only are their pastas and pizzas delicious so are their appetizers. I love how they roast their eggplant and they serve it in an incredibly rich tomato sauce with Gorgonzola on the side. Their steak is cooked to perfection with an amazing sauce, a grilled pepper, onion, and their incredible handcut shoestring fries that are to die for!! Enjoy“

Pizza was also pretty good. I had a few slices, one of which was vegan with ravioli. Obviously vegan pizza isn’t quite as good as regular, but when you’ve never had ravioli on pizza you gotta give it a try. Tbh would consider again and I’m not even vegan.“

“We order delivery quite often as it is close to home but they also offer carryout. Its a good, quick, and cheap dinner as it usually gets here within an hour from ordering. Food is always fresh, hot, and decently priced. Drivers are respectful and nice to deal with.
I strongly suggest their pizza (crust is awesome!), meatball sub, and onion rings.
Our usual order is a meatball sub and an order of onion rings for my boyfriend and I to split. It's more than enough for 2 people!

We have been coming here for a few years now, and still only had the one wrong order that was immediately corrected. Once they were out of onion rings and immediately called to offer alternatives. Their mozzarella sticks are 👍“

“This was such an odd experience. We went there after the edmonds Halloween event and it was really awesome how they were involved. The pizza was great (they need the moisture sheet on the pan so it doesn't get soggy though). The server wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't really friendly either. $14 for a kids pizza is insane and $14 dollars for a tiny little hot toddy is even more insane. The price of the regular pizza was ok but the rest was unbelievable. Lol, $14 for a tiny bit of whiskey, hot water, honey, and lemon?! What cost to much? The electricity to heat the water? Also, 3% to use my credit card? No. That's gas station bs. I don't go to businesses who charge me to pay them. This is the cost of doing business. If your merchant services cost too much, that's on you to find a better company, not my responsibility to pay for you.“
