I haven’t had Pagliacci’s in years and knew it was a must while visiting from Texas this time around. I remember the pizza being phenomenal and used to eat it all the time before having to go Gluten Free. The GF pizza crust is PHENOMENAL . We ordered a GF extra pepperoni, a regular 11 Hawaiian and a customized Calzone. We’d love to see Pagliacci’s in Texas.
Yummy gelato, friendly staff, and pizza with the right combo of chewy and crispy crust. This time, I got the Burrata Soppreesata which has mild pork salami, soft burrata cheese, and fresh tomatoes fished with arugula after baking. Overall it was delicious except for a few unripe fresh tomatoes. The Gelatiamo peppermint gelato was super minty just how I like it. If you're a person who wishes things were mintier, this gelato is for you.

whether it's phone in orders (where you can actually talk to a person), or drop in for a slice. The service is top notch, most of the employees look like they are happy to be there and to have a job, and I think that shows. The food is always so consistent and delicious. This is the only "chain" pizza place my family and I enjoy on a consistent basis. I've done dine in, take out and delivery. It's all excellent. Thanks Pags!!!
