Tivoli Reviews
We hosted a private event at Tivoli and would highly recommend it to folks looking for a casual, fun atmosphere to celebrate. The planning process was very easy and relaxed. Ed, Cassie, and the team were very communicative and made themselves available for all the questions we had. Our event was lovely - all the guests had a great time, and the food was amazing. We were very well taken care of and had a ton of fun.
Our go-to for out of town friends! Laid-back vibe with tasty food, fun drinks, a good patio for people watching in Fremont, friendly staff.
Absolutely one of the best pizzas in Seattle. As a New Yorker, I feel that my vote should hold more weight but, aren’t all New Yorkers at least a percentage narcissistic?
I’ve been in for slices, for full pies, for cocktails, beer and more… it’s all good. And, the best part? The people! Service is always welcoming and prompt.

Tivoli, located in Fremont, is renowned for its excellent vegetable sides and amazing authentic Italian pizza. The space is beautiful and open, with large windows perfect for enjoying a meal on a nice day. Highlights include the thin-crust pizza with a lovely char, topped with fire tomato sauce and flavorful sausage, and the best Caesar salad with crouton flakes and shaved cheese. Popular dishes include cauliflower, Caesar salad, anchovy pizza, and meat pizza, often paired with dips like ranch and hot honey. The mortadella sandwich w/ pistachio jazz is a great addition, served on sesame focaccia. This is the same owner as Saint Bread, so the bread is amazing with a crispy crust and chewy inside. The chopped salad is good. They have pizza slices at lunch, which are reasonably priced. You can add Caesar salad onto a slice or whipped ricotta for an additional charge. Customer service is noted to be friendly and attentive, with staff providing great suggestions. The restaurant has ample seating indoors and outdoors, making it suitable for large parties. They have a wonderful drink menu, including non-alcoholic options. There is a parking lot behind the building for convenience or a pay lot next door. However, some customers have reported difficulty reaching the restaurant by phone for reservations. Despite this, many are eager to return for the food and service.
