Best pizza I’ve had in the US. We actually ate so much it was ridiculous ;) The mushroom and fontina is insanely good. Well, so are the others. And yes, I was invited there and got to learn about pizza, the dough is a wonder. Gave me a whole new guiding light for what it should be like!
best in seattle imo for wtvr type of pizza this is, might not know the style name but i have eaten more pizza across the usa than most
the crust and undercarriage is perfect, the suave to cheese is perfect, and finally the toppings are LOADED and the choice of toppping combinations are amazing

Solid pizza spot, especially for Seattle. They do Neapolitan style and have a unique variety of flavors. I really like their New Haven pizza. I gave it four stars because sometimes the bottom of the pizza is more than crispy but burnt.
However ordering is a pain because you have to reserve pizzas the previous day or as soon as they open and come at pickup time.
