So. This was awesome. I usually think these restaurants with the 5-courses and set menus and indecipherable foods/ingredients are pretentious, but this one actually has a good reason to be. Delicious. Things I didn’t believe that I liked before (lamb, caviar and cherry). I now have an understanding that prepared right they are delicious. You’re not paying for food here. You are paying for a wonderful experience. If you are tired of the same food then you need to step out of your box and come here.
