Update: It's the holiday season and the gift of giving is in the air. I saw a homeless person pulling an old used piece of luggage 🧳 into the Burgermaster building. I decided to go in and pay for her meal. When I gave her money, the homeless person said that the staff there is giving her the meal for free. Such kindness. I told her to keep the money for her next meal. When my food was brought to my car by the waitress and manager, they also brought a gift card for my next meal. Such kindness and generosity. May everyone be touched with kindness and generosity as I did during this holiday season. Our community is richer with establishments like Burgermaster.

The menu was short and direct, which made it very easy to read through and decide without feeling overwhelmed. I got a double patty Charburger, and it was VERY good. Not exactly a gourmet burger, but a much nicer burger than your average fast food version. I did not order any fries or drink as I wasn't very hungry. Total came to $9.15 including tax. For what I needed it hit the spot, but if going back for dinner I will make sure to get fries too to make it more filling. And yes, I will definitely be coming back again. My coworker, who recommended the place swears by their salads. I will be trying one in the near future.“

“The service is amazing, food is out-of-this-world. If you like burgers with French fries, this is the best place to go to. My sister and I have been going here for years, and the food is always good. My favorite burger is Mushroom cheese burger.

“Our first visit to The Pines was exactly what we needed for a laid-back date night. The atmosphere is dark and inviting, easy to settle into and just enjoy the moment.

We were seated quickly, greeted with water, and served an unexpected touch: popcorn. Different, but it worked. It had a subtle sweet peppercorn flavor that made it surprisingly good and a nice change from the usual starters.

For food, we went with the brisket burger and the filet mignon. Both hit the mark. The burger was solid, and adding Serrano peppers (recommended by our waiter) was the right call, it gave it just enough kick without overpowering the flavor. The filet wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was still good and satisfying. I’d order it again without hesitation.

What really stood out was how easy the whole experience felt. No stress, no wait, just good food and time to reconnect with my wife, which is exactly what a date night should be.

Shoutout to our waiter Steven, friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.
