The service was amazing. I'm guessing it was the owner. I was talking to and she was an absolute sweetheart and took the time to explain all the dishes. I didn't get her name. But she looked like mom and possibly daughters working. They were all absolutely so sweet and the food. Oh my god out of this world Highly recommend. Katsu Burger has never left me unsatisfied! Always delicious and filling. I love the Honey Miso Tofu, but honestly anything from the menu is delicious (including the sides). Prices are VERY fair for the large portion sizes they give you.Vegetarian options: You can make any burger options vegetarian/vegan with the tofu burger or impossible katsu burger. They do a great job working with dietary needs.

I ordered the Tokyo Classic and I thought it was good, but honestly it just tasted like a standard, slightly overcooked beef patty. I didn’t get any of the crunch or deep fried character at all. That being said I really liked the toppings and the fries were excellent. I’ll likely try them again to see if it was just an off night.
