“Midori Teriyaki
Consistent and reliable spot for teriyaki in Lake Stevens. Portions are solid, the food is fresh, and the flavors are always on point. The chicken and salmon teriyaki are favorites, and the sushi rolls are a nice bonus. Easy go-to for a quick, casual meal.“

“They have a drive thru. That is nice to see. I didn't use it this time as it was my first time here. The food came quickly. The chicken was overall good. The beef was not so great though. The service was okay. I felt very rushed even though I was the only person in the building and nobody was in the drive thru. I didn't know the menu so I had to look for a little bit as I was ordering different things I saw. At some point I asked about pictures of an item I saw but couldn't find the price for. That was when it felt like my taking my time was an issue. I was quickly met with no price then we don't have it. I confirmed by reiterating. I was told Yes. Are you done? Would you like anything else? I said no. Paid for my food. Waited less than 10 minutes and left.“

“This our favorite teriyaki place in town! Every dish we’ve tried there has been excellent and portion sizes are great! Highly recommend. 👍“

“Stopped in on a Friday evening, dine in and it was wonderful. Small dining area with the basics but is so clean. The dine-in area just had one other couple but the to-go orders were plentiful. The owners greeted everyone with sincerity and all the to-go peeps seemed to be regulars. We enjoyed a chicken bento box and an order of the orange chicken. Both were played well and tasted amazing. So fresh! Japan Teriyaki was a great surprise find tucked away off of 20th.“

“We have traveled through Washington many times in the past 6 years and no matter what part of the state we are visiting we always make a point to stop at the Teriyaki Point restaurant in Marysville Wa. The variety and excellent tasting selections on their menu are second too none. The Choi family are very friendly and excellent hosts.“

“Honestly, I've had teriyaki from Miyako's a handful of times and every time it's amazing. Service is awesome, the owner is so kind, and the food is so good. One of the best teriyaki spots around. If I'm in the Marysville area, I'm only coming to Miyako's.“

“This was my first time eating at this teriyaki shop, and it was so good. They had free teriyaki sauce for my chicken, and it was the best ever. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10, and it was almost as good as another teriyaki shop that I have been to before. I would eat here again.“

“The food tastes great. I’m no food snob and easy to please. I enjoy all of their food so far. The only one thing I will complain about is their spice level. I’m big on spicy food. I ordered 5 star spice, but it did not have much of a kick. Even my wife, that can’t handle spicy, thought it was more sweet than spicy. The flavor was great, but it would have been greater if the heat was there! Overall, food was delicious.“

“We have been looking for a go to teryaki spot for a while now, and we found it!! Food here is absolutley amazing, fresh, filling, literally everything you can want from a nice mom and pop shop like this. Owners are super friendly and the vibe is very homey. This is what teriyaki shops should strive to be! They have a kids meal too which means a lot for someone with kids.
Tldr: this place is worth it in every way, shape, and form. Go there now.“

“I'll tell you what; I wish every teriyaki place was like this one. Went in there, it was nice and clean. Next, was greeted with quick and super friendly service. Then I was offered free self-service water and hot tea which was a nice touch. The meal was fantastic, two amazing ice cream scoops of rice, salad was excellent (not too sweet), and the chicken was perfectly charred but not dried out. This will be my number one place to go from now on. I am so looking forward to trying other items on their menu.“

“I come here fairly often, and today, as I ordered, I failed to communicate properly that I wanted tapioca pearls in my bubble tea; this is entirely on me, but the owner here was nice enough to fix it for me.
He pointed out the error, and was STILL kind enough to fix it for me with 0 extra charge. Thanks very much 🙏
This 5* review is the very least I can do.
Thank you!“

“I would come here all the time as a kid and I am so grateful that they haven't changed a thing. The food is always amazing. I don't live in Washington anymore and every single visit I will make the time to come to this location and support their business.“

“Ok friends this is one of the last restaurants that hasn't tried the shrinkflation scam on us. My husband is a thin guy with a big appetite, so we cannot afford to eat out often anymore because we usually have to order 2 orders, yes 2 orders To fill him up! But not here. Their food is made to order, good quality and you get enough to feed a full grown man for the price you pay. Highly recommend!“

“Wow, wow, wow. Why are we not talking about this magical teriyaki place more? The in-dining experience has complimentary egg drop soup or Miso! Filtered water, tea if you choose.
Then the portions? Awesome.
The flavor? Top tier!
Service? Fast and friendly!“

“Not your regular wok.Dang good food and service! It's like going home to eat. Everything is bomb but my go to's are Mongolian beef, gyoza and fried rice (with the gyoza sauce added).“

“Delicious and hits just the spot. Ive gotten takeout here before and they never fail to impress me with their portion sizes, but it is always worth it to dine in for the complimentary egg drop and miso soup! it is just the best part about this place!“

“Relaxing place. I love their beef. Good portion. It tasted like the Japanese restaurant I used to go in other state. So far so good. 9/10 - only I notice with Japanese restaurants here in WA, their salad sauces are mostly sweet. I prefer sour to balance the flavor.“

“Staff is very friendly. The beef noodle soup is surprisingly good. I like noodles with a firmer texture, and this one really hit the spot. The teriyaki chicken is light and flavorful. I really appreciate them not overdoing the seasoning. There is a good amount of beef in the noodle soup, but the overall portion is a bit small for mall food.“

“This place was such a great experience from start to finish. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, comforting and really well made. The teriyaki was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the crunch california rolls were fresh and crunchy! and the house fried rice tied everything together so well. We also tried the garlic shrimp skewers from their newer menu items, and they were honestly a stand out! so flavorful and cooked just right! You can really tell there is a lot of love and care put into both the food and the overall experience from the owners and everyone who works here. The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole place had that inviting, local feel that makes you want to come back every time :)“

“It’s easy to drive past this place because it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I’m so glad we stopped. We ordered the chicken & beef teriyaki, egg rolls, and crab wontons, and everything was delicious.
What really stood out, though, was the kindness and service. You order at an outdoor counter similar to Dick’s and wait nearby for your food. I recently injured my knee and was struggling to stand, even with crutches, so I went back to sit in the car while we waited. The woman working there noticed my brace and crutches earlier and had already been checking in on how I was doing. She was genuinely caring, kind, and easy to talk to.
Without us even asking, she made a special trip to bring the food out to the car for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. In a world where so many interactions feel rushed or impersonal, this felt warm and human. Good food and even better people. We’ll absolutely be back.
I didn't get pictures of our food, but here are pictures of their menu.“

“Had the combination rice and my husband had the pork/ chicken teriyaki combo with veggies. Food was excellent. Cooked fresh. Had complimentary egg drop soup while waiting on our order. Portions are more than generous. With our two plates we had enough food for 4 people easily!“

“Another great teriyaki place. The beef was good and the chicken was better. Good portions and food was ready quick. Parking was ok but if you are coming from the wrong side of the road it can be tricky locate an entrance. Looks like a safe place as there were no signs of monster tracks or night walkers.“

“Food is horrible. Beef Teriyaki was beef jerky smothered in sauce. ordered the pork Ramen, I got instant chicken Ramen with 3 small price of pork, They couldn't even read the package instructions correct. It was so bad. I ended up leaving with full bowls of food still on the table.“

“We love Belt Sushi! When we want to sushi seriously, this is where we go. Go often enough, they remember what you like! Me, I tend to order 4-12 order of the sesame balls, split in an eat in order and a to go order. The sushi on the belt is always good and fresh. The strawberry sushi is fresh. Sweet. Refreshingly good. Fresh slivers of fish is your liking? They have that too Belt Sushi has a little of it all and the best. Go enjoy!!“

“Long ago there used to be a French bakery in the same location. They were amazing. Imagine my shock to see that is now a sushi place and that they had all you can eat! Dove right in. First of all the value is there if you want to eat a lot of sushi and don’t care if it is made correctly. However the calamari side was super burnt (over fried), the wasabi is not real, and there is more sugar added to things than should be. The sugar is why I don’t recommend. I am guessing that it is this way because it is in an area that can get away with it. At first I thought might be worth the drive. But when you also factor we were on a date and the lady got upset that we didn’t want to sit at the counter but a table. Then was super grumpy and rude to us the whole experience. Pretending as well at our table she didn’t speak English well, yet did fine elsewhere. I was tempted to tell her in Spanish her attitude was as awful as the calamari was over cooked. But decided she could continue thinking whites and Asians don’t speak Spanish. Chose to be the bigger person in the moment and regret it, so be prepared if you get a heavy set Mexican lady. Was not helpful with pretending not to speak English well when our first time there and wanted to verify how things worked. 36.95 per person + tip (which gave 24% because is not the chefs fault she was a pain). For the same cost the two of us could have eaten quality sushi and not just been full, but also have had a better experience. Overall I don’t recommend this place. Mill Creek has a better sushi place by far, without the all you can eat gimmick. If you go take note of the bottom of the menu. You will find rule about waste and being charged for it, as well as eat all rice. We had a couple rolls that the end pieces were missing much of any substance and were mostly rice. The wrapping on the rolls was pretty loose, meaning they were a pain to pickup with chopsticks and falling apart everywhere (however we went in the after dinner rush and could have just been tired so kept that in mind when calculating tip).“
