The family loves Kiyama Sushi, and we visit regularly, but if you want an experience that goes far beyond anything else locally, ask about their one‑of‑a‑kind Omakase. The owners curate a special menu and pair each course with sake or whiskey, explaining the food and drink as you go. Being seated in a quiet, private room makes the whole evening even better. Kiyama is excellent any day of the week, but their Omakase takes it to another level.
