Sushi Ring Reviews
So many friends I know have been here and the owner is plainly rude and the food don't even taste good. Would you want to go to a place where you feel friction and a toxic environment. I wouldn't recommend it.
Where an owner tells you to eat this rice if you don't we wont serve you any more food then when you go pay wont take your money and up chargers you.
You make your decision or you can go and experience it for yourself!
Long ago there used to be a French bakery in the same location. They were amazing. Imagine my shock to see that is now a sushi place and that they had all you can eat! Dove right in. First of all the value is there if you want to eat a lot of sushi and don’t care if it is made correctly. However the calamari side was super burnt (over fried), the wasabi is not real, and there is more sugar added to things than should be. The sugar is why I don’t recommend. Sushi Ring is a casual sushi place in North Seattle with a bar seating style and a few tables. It is nothing fancy, with food served on plastic plates, but the fish has always tasted fresh and tasty. The crew is great, and the staff are friendly and funny. Customers can choose Ala carte or buffet, and the all-you-can-eat (AYCE) deal at $40 is considered the best in town. The price is right, and with a drink and tax, it comes to around $50. People come hungry to get their money’s worth, ordering as they go. The place is generous with allowing more orders while finishing previous rolls. Everything is made to order right in front of you, with unlimited side dishes like tasty miso soup, fresh salad, and gyoza. Specific meals mentioned include the Basil Salmon and S.O.B. Some rolls are liked more than others, but it is all a matter of taste. Customers cannot take leftovers home. The atmosphere can be affected by loud people, but it remains a comfy small eatery worth returning to for sushi cravings.
