Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. Katana is consistently reliable to serve good food, but this time we had especially amazing service as well. I highly recommend katana for a family celebrating a special occasion!”

This is "our" Olive Garden. We typically go here 1-2 times a month. It's always a solid experience - good food, clean, etc. The servers / waitstaff here are top notch and I want the management of this location to know that. There are other members of the staff I'd like to recognize, but I have to say that every individual that has taken care of us over the past 2 years has really stood out. My feeling is that customer service is an area that has REALLY fallen off since the pandemic; that is not the case here. Regarding the people that directly serve your customers--keep doing what you are doing!

“This is one of my family's favorite burger places here in Everett and they make good Gyros too. Have been coming here since they opened, think that was in 2011. Have tried many of their gourmet burgers and gyros. I also like the Greek salad with gyro meat. My favorite as of late is their basic burger, as it come dressed with letuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles and sauce. Which is how I like my burgers. The char cooking is noticeable and a nice touch on the burgers too.”

“We couldn't decide between Indian food or pizza so we enjoyed the best of both worlds at Tasty Curry Restaurant and Pizza off 128th. Butter chicken pie with a delicious side of wings. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time, and I'm a pizza snob. Super friendly staff. I can't wait to try more of their food. Definitely give them a try when you're feeling adventurous.”

“Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.”

I don't know what people's problem is. Likely just want to complain. For a Denny's with min wage employees litterally working for tips they put out some pretty good food. I have had seriously atrocious meals at different Denny's before. These folks deserve your business and patience.
Keep in mind if something is out it is not the employee in front of you that has control over that. Truck comes AFTER the weekend. The owner needs to fix that for sure, but giving bad reviews to this place because of an uncontrollable hurts the employees trying the best they can with really not enough to live off of. Before you leave a bad review, really think about it.
If you had to work in their shoes. 3 jobs or barely holding on with 20k/yr could you make it with your sanity in tact let alone a "would you like fries with that?"
The manager here is a Rockstar in these conditions. The place looks closed and it's hard to get to. How do you keep good employees when the volume is too low. Stop making their job harder. They're already playing on BEAST mode.

“You would be hard pressed to find a better bar in this area. The food is pretty well prepared and the service is excellent. Everett’s overall laid back atmosphere mixes well with the responsive and friendly vibes from this bar. Music is kept at a modest volume which makes it easy enough to have conversations without distractions.
Pork might be their main selling point, but imo the star of my dining experience was the Nutella Cheddar and Bacon Burger. A great spin on the peanut butter variant some people might be familiar with, especially for those who absolutely abhor peanuts.
Their cocktail menu is also pretty good, loads of variety and creative use of bitters and spices makes the experience taste as modern as the atmosphere feels.
This bar receives my highest recommendation, definitely worth a try.”

My meal was nicely sealed with a sturdy carryout bag that was also taped sealed. Nice Presentation of the meal. Neatly organized in its sections with foil separating my chicken and beef. I ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki combo. Good quality beef and chicken. Sliced nicely. Big portion for a single meal. Food tasted great! With plenty leftover for my lunch at work tomorrow? Highly recommended. A bit on the expensive side, but you can tell they take great pride in creating their meals.”

just looking at the everything bagel itself - i have to say it's one of, if not the best bagels I've had.
It's perfectly soft, not chewy in the slightest, and toasted to an exquisite level but not overly so.
I loved every bite because while super soft, you met just that little bit of resistance that made everything better
I found that the salmon was also quite good. You can tell it's very fresh - it has that fishy taste, and definitely a clear salmon flavor
without really any other additions. There was also a pretty good amount of it on the bagel itself
The part that I liked less was the cream cheese. Normally, cream cheese should give you that slightly sour yet flavorful and cheesy taste,
but I didn't get any of that here. What was given as cream cheese might as well be replaced with a flavorless white paste and I don't think there'd be a
huge difference
For a really cheap price, this was well worth it, and pretty filling
Was it worth the line? Probably not, but definitely something nice to have as a one-time experience

Went there for a second time but instead of a guy there was this lady that needs to be more polite to costumers, she didnt do something wrong but was super serious like didnt felt welcome there, she took long time to take our drinks after the food.
Guy from 1st visit was all smiling, being communicative, going to our table couple times to check if we needed anything.
We are Mexican/American and loved this food.

In my opinion the service is good it might take a little long but just keep this in mind we are in the future not a lot of people are working at jobs right now,so they can only serve so much at a time. But if you're not willing to be patient and wait, Then don't come here. Because honestly it's no different from the cheesecake factory in Bellevue if you had to wait for a seat during the holidays or other days. It may not look like there's not a lot of people they have to serve. It's a small staff And they can only do so much they're not the cook and they are not the servers exactly to make the drinks.so give the service a break. Think positive. And it's clean and there's plenty of good room to sit and definitely good food. But But they have a business to run And they can only do so much, I can't always be selfish....they are still good servers, they're not mean or rude.And the other point is, "yes", it is a little bit expensive on the drinks... But come on.... think of it like this, if you don't want to pay that much here on drinks then come with the budget and realize too that the state in general is expensive. Not only that you can drink before coming and be a little bit tipsy and just have a couple drinks that are not so expensive.Stop complaining about them because it's really not that hard. it's a great place to come to and we need all our Latino community to come together and just have fun and just dance the night away.. it's okay to have fun you know once in a blue moon or every weekend it really doesn't hurt... “Long ago there used to be a French bakery in the same location. They were amazing. Imagine my shock to see that is now a sushi place and that they had all you can eat! Dove right in. First of all the value is there if you want to eat a lot of sushi and don’t care if it is made correctly. However the calamari side was super burnt (over fried), the wasabi is not real, and there is more sugar added to things than should be. The sugar is why I don’t recommend. I am guessing that it is this way because it is in an area that can get away with it. At first I thought might be worth the drive. But when you also factor we were on a date and the lady got upset that we didn’t want to sit at the counter but a table. Then was super grumpy and rude to us the whole experience. Pretending as well at our table she didn’t speak English well, yet did fine elsewhere. I was tempted to tell her in Spanish her attitude was as awful as the calamari was over cooked. But decided she could continue thinking whites and Asians don’t speak Spanish. Chose to be the bigger person in the moment and regret it, so be prepared if you get a heavy set Mexican lady. Was not helpful with pretending not to speak English well when our first time there and wanted to verify how things worked. 36.95 per person + tip (which gave 24% because is not the chefs fault she was a pain). For the same cost the two of us could have eaten quality sushi and not just been full, but also have had a better experience. Overall I don’t recommend this place. Mill Creek has a better sushi place by far, without the all you can eat gimmick. If you go take note of the bottom of the menu. You will find rule about waste and being charged for it, as well as eat all rice. We had a couple rolls that the end pieces were missing much of any substance and were mostly rice. The wrapping on the rolls was pretty loose, meaning they were a pain to pickup with chopsticks and falling apart everywhere (however we went in the after dinner rush and could have just been tired so kept that in mind when calculating tip).”
