“We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. Katana is consistently reliable to serve good food, but this time we had especially amazing service as well. I highly recommend katana for a family celebrating a special occasion!“

I had a milk tea and a dish with chicken and rice (can't remember which one, but it's the dish in the photo below), and I really enjoyed them. If you are sensitive to spice, I would recommend a 2 or lower for your dishes. I had a level 3 spice, and I love spicy foods but this has a little kick to it. I also tried the coconut drink which was very refreshing, tofu spring rolls, and the garlic pepper string bean chicken dish. I really loved the spring rolls and garlic pepper dish, they were very flavorful“

“My partner and I loved the atmosphere and all of the gnomes hiding around the place; it felt warm and inviting. Service was friendly. I felt like my crepe could have used more filling, the bites would sometimes have nothing in them besides the crepe itself. My partner did enjoy his crepe though. “Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.“

“I don’t usually review places, but this is some of the best food I’ve had in the greater Seattle area. I got the Huli Huli wrap with grilled chicken, and it was incredibly tender and marinated beautifully. Also tried a bite of my friend’s crispy chicken wrap and loved that as well. Staff was super friendly and offered to fill up our bike bottles. Can’t wait to come back!“

“I discovered this place maybe about a year ago and it is so good I sometimes go through phases of eating it even a few times a week! The staff is always very friendly, almost feels like family. They have a really cool fish tank with a bunch of fish right out front , and then there is the most important thing, the food! I have never had a bad thing on the menu here. I am on a mission to try every type of banh mi that they have, but I'm not there yet. I have had a good amount of their appetizers, most of their varieties of banh me sandwiches and have never been disappointed. Excellent, attentive staff, cozy atmosphere, delicious food, all at a reasonable price! 5 stars, would highly recommend.“

“We will definitely be back. We’ve been here a few times but this evening didn’t start perfectly as we ordered normal medium pep and a large salad. Food came out fast but the pep was a thin crust.

I asked about it, if the pizza had changed or something and the guy (didn’t catch his name but he was cool about it) said he totally made the wrong pie by accident. He made a normal pie for us right away. So slow start, great finish!

The sauce is always good here, cheese has a good pull, so an all around good pizza.“

“Bluewater is Everett’s best kept secret! Organic spirts with fun infusions…blueberry gin, raspberry vodka, house made limoncello and the 6 year bourbon is delish! Chef Bryan curates a fun menu with rotating specials all from scratch which is rare these days. We met John the owner, great conversation and we can tell he is very passionate about all things Bluewater. And our bartender Hannah was very sweet and taught us how to start making our sourdough.

“Small, but mighty. It's a tiny place with just a couple of young folks serving/prepping/cashiering, but they are always hustling about with smiles on their faces. Between making online/doordash orders and serving customers in store including many of the nearby EvCC students, this is clearly a loved local favorite. The raw fish and veggies are always fresh and flavorful. I've never gotten ill or received anything that was bad, and I've eaten here many times. The sushi burritos are awesome. There's takoyaki, fresh fried tempura, beautiful bowls with your choice of goodies, and really really good bubble teas. I suppose it's a little pricey comparitively (but everything is more expensive now) and only a few bucks more than something like fast food and you get much, much better quality. It's absolutely worth the money in my opinion. I would highly recommend anyone to try it if they like sushi foods. If you haven't eaten here, you'd be missing out.“

“I love love love this Pho place!! I have been feasting here for over 2 decades. The pho broth is delicious. It’s so savory. A perfect balance between all the spices. I usually get the small brisket pho. I taste the broth first before adding any sauces and the broth is perfect without anything added to it. There’s also other selections on the menu if you’re not in a pho mode. The short ribs and the chicken breast are my other two favorite dishes. The amount of food you get and the quality is worth the price.

The atmosphere is pretty chill. It’s a very diverse place to eat. Food definitely brings all ethnicities together and I really love that. They’ve remodeled the place with fancy lights and kept the original Asian decors on the wall and the infinity mirror makes the restaurant so appealing. I also enjoy watching the koi fishes in the tank when you first enter the restaurant.

The restrooms are always kept clean and stocked with paper towels and I appreciate that.

The service is great!! The staff are polite and do their best to get your order in right away. The staff also ensures that your water is refilled when it’s getting low. Even when it’s rush hour like around noon or 5-ish the staff do their best to make sure customers are tended to in a timely manner.

“I'm vegan, and this was a pretty good spot for vegan options! We got the potato croquettes, vegetable rolls and vegan shoyu ramen, and they were all pretty good. The croquettes and rolls were nice and crispy, and the ramen and tasty and filling. There were plenty of toppings and the ramen was cooked well. I would recommend stopping here!“

LAST OF ALL the surrounding area was so lively they had small fake olive plants and had a fireplace that has a fire in it for nice heat😊😊. 100% recomend it.
