“We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. Katana is consistently reliable to serve good food, but this time we had especially amazing service as well. I highly recommend katana for a family celebrating a special occasion!“

“Came here last week for a girls night and the experience was great! It was all of our first times there and our server Skylar was so knowledgeable of the menu and gave us great recommendations. “Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.“

“I don’t usually review places, but this is some of the best food I’ve had in the greater Seattle area. I got the Huli Huli wrap with grilled chicken, and it was incredibly tender and marinated beautifully. Also tried a bite of my friend’s crispy chicken wrap and loved that as well. Staff was super friendly and offered to fill up our bike bottles. Can’t wait to come back!“

“My partner and I loved the atmosphere and all of the gnomes hiding around the place; it felt warm and inviting. Service was friendly. I felt like my crepe could have used more filling, the bites would sometimes have nothing in them besides the crepe itself. My partner did enjoy his crepe though. “The Seoul Hot Tenders are great, though they are more like Nashville chicken, similar to Dave's Hot Chicken. The burgers are great too, juicy and well sauced/seasoned. However, they are not always consistent; sometimes you would either get dry or skimpy ones.

One thing I really want to mention is that they really are penny-pinching with the amount of sauce they give, so I always need to get an extra. I wish they were more generous, as the sauce is essential with the tenders. Plus, they also occasionally forget the sauces for takeout or delivery, so be aware. They will give you a refund for the sauces if you paid for the extras, but I still would not like this to happen.“

“Phenomenal sushi here! The only sushi I eat is tuna and salmon but I took a chance and got the sashimi salad and it was amazing🤩All different kinds of fish and they were delicious! Melted in my mouth like butter🤯😍I even enjoyed shrimp for the first time ever in my life! I highly recommend this place if you like sushi 🍣 even if you don’t like sushi, come here and eat, you’ll love it!“

“Went there 2 nights this week for dinner. 1st night a few mistakes but good service, tonight same. A few mistakes. I said medium rare but it was burnt dry medium on the steak. Both times had to ask for more sodas also table was still really wet from previous wipe down. Worker was friendly but other workers didn’t seem to care. 1st night items were priced right. “Archie, Jackson and the staff at Sisters are AMAZING! We needed to place a large pie order to hand out to as thank you's and Sisters was the first place on our mind. Not only were they able to accommodate us with a weeks' notice, but their customer service is fantastic. This is by far one of our favorite local restaurants their scrumptious food and incredible staff.“

I asked about it, if the pizza had changed or something and the guy (didn’t catch his name but he was cool about it) said he totally made the wrong pie by accident. He made a normal pie for us right away. So slow start, great finish!

“We were craving Thai food and decided on a whim that we would try Thai Lime Leaf! We are so glad we did! Not only is the customer service amazing the food was absolutely fabulous! It is all made to order and the Panang Curry, Rama and the Fried Rice were delicious! This will definitely be our go to for ordering! The staff and the food get and A+++“

“Small, but mighty. It's a tiny place with just a couple of young folks serving/prepping/cashiering, but they are always hustling about with smiles on their faces. Between making online/doordash orders and serving customers in store including many of the nearby EvCC students, this is clearly a loved local favorite. The raw fish and veggies are always fresh and flavorful. I've never gotten ill or received anything that was bad, and I've eaten here many times. The sushi burritos are awesome. There's takoyaki, fresh fried tempura, beautiful bowls with your choice of goodies, and really really good bubble teas. I suppose it's a little pricey comparitively (but everything is more expensive now) and only a few bucks more than something like fast food and you get much, much better quality. It's absolutely worth the money in my opinion. I would highly recommend anyone to try it if they like sushi foods. If you haven't eaten here, you'd be missing out.“

“I love love love this Pho place!! I have been feasting here for over 2 decades. The pho broth is delicious. It’s so savory. A perfect balance between all the spices. I usually get the small brisket pho. I taste the broth first before adding any sauces and the broth is perfect without anything added to it. There’s also other selections on the menu if you’re not in a pho mode. The short ribs and the chicken breast are my other two favorite dishes. The amount of food you get and the quality is worth the price.

The atmosphere is pretty chill. It’s a very diverse place to eat. Food definitely brings all ethnicities together and I really love that. They’ve remodeled the place with fancy lights and kept the original Asian decors on the wall and the infinity mirror makes the restaurant so appealing. I also enjoy watching the koi fishes in the tank when you first enter the restaurant.

The restrooms are always kept clean and stocked with paper towels and I appreciate that.

The service is great!! The staff are polite and do their best to get your order in right away. The staff also ensures that your water is refilled when it’s getting low. Even when it’s rush hour like around noon or 5-ish the staff do their best to make sure customers are tended to in a timely manner.

“My girlfriend and I both got the pork ramen lunch combo, took one bite, and instantly fell in love. The broth was incredibly rich with delicious pork flavor, the noodles had just the right amount of chew, and the bacon was equally rich and delicious. The gyoza that the combo comes with was also just the right amount of crispiness with this sauce that I couldn't get enough of. Service and the food came fast and the food was out of this world, huge recommend 🙌“

I had a milk tea and a dish with chicken and rice (can't remember which one, but it's the dish in the photo below), and I really enjoyed them. If you are sensitive to spice, I would recommend a 2 or lower for your dishes. I had a level 3 spice, and I love spicy foods but this has a little kick to it. I also tried the coconut drink which was very refreshing, tofu spring rolls, and the garlic pepper string bean chicken dish. I really loved the spring rolls and garlic pepper dish, they were very flavorful“

“Still my favorite place in Everett. The pho broth is a very close 2nd in flavor, but the portions…that’s what takes it over the top! While other Pho places charge an arm and a leg for (what I think is a medium bowl), they have their XL house combo pho. Look at the photos. Massive!

Son and I shared the XL and plenty for two servings.

Service is pretty good, but I’m more here for the food lol.
