“Visited here fairly late on a Saturday evening as they were open till 11. Very busy at 9am, however the server gave us the option of a table in the bar. The food was very good, albiet the service was a bit rushed, still chewing my main course when the plate was taken away. We were in and out in 35mins!“

I asked for the sandwich (moist) and the brisket was fantastic. The potato salad was delicious and cold. Perfect imitation of Texas style bbq. Sauce sweet and the spicy was not overpowering with a bit of tang. Will be back...best in Seattle area (and i've been searching).“

I got the Huli Huli wrap with grilled chicken, and it was incredibly tender and marinated beautifully. Also tried a bite of my friend’s crispy chicken wrap and loved that as well. Staff was super friendly and offered to fill up our bike bottles. Can’t wait to come back!“

“The wait for food here is ALWAYS ridiculous. I'm not sure if it is because there is a lack of enough staff or something else. I will say, the burgers are excellent, but not worth an hour plus wait. We waited in line for roughly 15 minutes just to order and there were only 2 ppl in front of us. Then another 55+ minutes to get our food. When we got it home, fries and O-rings were BURNT. I'm so disappointed.“

“We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. I had a milk tea and a dish with chicken and rice (can't remember which one, but it's the dish in the photo below), and I really enjoyed them. If you are sensitive to spice, I would recommend a 2 or lower for your dishes. I had a level 3 spice, and I love spicy foods but this has a little kick to it. I also tried the coconut drink which was very refreshing, tofu spring rolls, and the garlic pepper string bean chicken dish. I really loved the spring rolls and garlic pepper dish, they were very flavorful“

“We will definitely be back. We’ve been here a few times but this evening didn’t start perfectly as we ordered normal medium pep and a large salad. Food came out fast but the pep was a thin crust.

I asked about it, if the pizza had changed or something and the guy (didn’t catch his name but he was cool about it) said he totally made the wrong pie by accident. He made a normal pie for us right away. So slow start, great finish!

The sauce is always good here, cheese has a good pull, so an all around good pizza.“

Chef Bryan curates a fun menu with rotating specials all from scratch which is rare these days. We met John the owner, great conversation and we can tell he is very passionate about all things Bluewater. And our bartender Hannah was very sweet and taught us how to start making our sourdough.

“We had an amazing experience at Beijing Chinese Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and we definitely left wanting to come back again.

A special shout-out to our server, Brad! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure to check in on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was perfect. His great attitude and excellent service really made our dining experience even better.
