Ultra House was the best day-date adventure with my hubby. Super friendly staff and DELICIOUS food. The best authentic ramen on the island.

It was indeed the best ramen on Widbey and def one of the best in the Seattle area. We got the classic tonkotsu and shoyu ramens. Both were really good. The broth was so rich and flavorful that we finished every last drop.
The only downside was the price - even by Seattle standard, it was on the pricey side to have a ramen bowl for $23 before tax and services.
