Great vegan options and regular ramen. My boyfriend and I come back every year to eat here (if not more often). We live about two hours away and tried this spot randomly when up in whidbey island one day. The ramen is fresh and flavorful and you can tell they really care about what they serve you. Will always recommend this spot! Very consistent.

Do not go here if you at all care about BIPOC people. I recently went to Tonic Juice & Remedy which is owned by the same person, Cherub, and my experience was horrific. The owner of this shop racially profiled my half black best friend and accused them of stealing. The owner yelled at my friend, saying, "don't think I don't see what you're doing, don't you dare try to steal from me," when they were simply holding money in their hand as we were waiting for our drink. When my friend showed her it was just money, she said "well you look awfully shifty," and was going to say more about it, but was cut off by me telling her to cancel our smoothie order as we immediately left the place. She had nothing but nice things to say to me, a white woman, but then she turned around and accused my BIPOC best friend of stealing when they were just trying to pay. This place will never be getting business from me or anyone I know just from this experience alone.

I got the Shoyu, a salmon onigiri, and some milk tea. Haven't had good ramen since Japan and miss it so much! Ultra House is delicious, the staff was very friendly, and they have so many other things from Japan to buy too! I highly recommend this place!

Awesome place that reminds me of one of my favorite places to eat in Japan. Had a complete meal with dessert on a date night with my wife. Won husband of the hour and planning on returning on another date night.

Delicious ramen, complimentary edamame. I recommend the spicy miso, it wasn't too spicy. Sissy the kale noodles were tasty. Perfect spot for a rainy day, or date night, or meet with friends.Atmosphere is artistic and beachy with bright paint and trendy art.Service was friendly and attentive in the right ways.You can bring kids here if they're into ramen. There's lots of fun snacks and drinks that would appeal to a kid in the grocery part.You can get vegetarian here but it's limited. You can park by city hall, so parking is pretty easy.
Came in and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Me and my partner took a couple of menus and sat outside. Another couple walk in and they were seated immediately. The racism in Langley is booming. We will not be coming here again.

Love Ultra House, been a favorite since we moved to Whidbey a few years ago, LOVE their ramen with real bone broth etc.Dietary restrictions: When I ask for my ramen to be served without any noodles, they hardly bat an eye!! Staff its great too.Kid-friendliness: I bring my kids, they are getting older, bit I see lots of young families at Ultra House too!!Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level, pet hard to beat!! Small space though so it might be harder when it is crowded.
