Some Of The Best Barbecue Ive Ever Had
Being from Texas I was excited to read the sign at the entrance boasting or this location's food roots.
Jeff and these guys are legit.
I asked for the sandwich (moist) and the brisket was fantastic. The potato salad was delicious and cold. Perfect imitation of Texas style bbq. Sauce sweet and the spicy was not overpowering with a bit of tang. Will be back...best in Seattle area (and i've been searching).
